Abstract

In general, the disposable absorbent article is composed of a liquid absorbent top sheet 1, a tissue 2, an upper absorbent body (A), and a super absorbent polymer (4), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. When scrim is added (inserted), the application of hot melt adhesive between each absorber and the scrim or between the superabsorbent resin sheets is more compatible with the scrim's absorbent local action to provide a more complete anti-aggregation effect.

The scrim used in the present invention is used as a strength reinforcement and support in decorative tiles or kitchen towels, and is composed of polypropylene, polyester, ethylene vinyl acrylate, ethylene acrylic acid or a composite polymer thereof.

In addition, the hot melt adhesive used in the present invention was used by National Starch Inc. (NSC. Inc.) 34-4560, and the method of applying the hot melt adhesive was applied by applying the hot melt adhesive within 3 minutes by cold bonding. .

Examples 1-8 and Comparative Examples 1-4

The anti-bundling effect and absorption rate were carried out using 50 disposable diapers per each example and comparative example as follows.

Clustering Effect Test

Absorption Rate Test

40 ml of 0.9% brine was poured into the central portion of each disposable diaper at once through a transparent tube, and then the time of complete penetration on the surface of the diaper was measured and judged according to the following criteria. Table 1 shows the results.

Judgment

++: The average absorption rate is less than 10 seconds.

+: When the average absorption rate is 10 to 15 seconds.

±: When the average absorption rate is 15 seconds to 20 seconds.

-: When the average absorption rate is 20 seconds or more.

As shown in the table, in Examples 1 to 8, the disposable diaper to which the scrim was added was better in the anti-agglomeration effect than in the case of tissues, and the absorption rate was superior to that of cotton fabrics.

Preferably, as shown in Examples 6 and 7, by applying a hot melt adhesive between the scrim and the absorber to prevent the separation of the upper absorber and the lower absorber and the scrim was more excellent anti-aggregation effect.

As can be seen in Table 1, in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, when the product after the rotation is analyzed in the clothes dryer, the tissue is torn so much that the shape is not recognizable. In the case of Examples 3 to 4, it was found that even when the cotton fabric is used, the absorption rate is very low even though the aggregation prevention effect is excellent.
