Claims (9)
- (1회 정정)탑내를 강하하는 피처리액과 그 탑내를 상승하는 기체와의 접촉에 의하여 그 피처리액의 정제를 행하는 샤워접촉형 정제탑에 있어서,상기 정제탑 내에는 피처리액 강하유동용 노치부를 가지는 배플판이 다수 단 배설되고, 또한 그 배플판에는 전체면에 기액 관통용 구멍이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 열린 구멍의 개구면적의 합계가 배플판의 상부면적에 대하여 10~50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배플판은 수평 또는 상기 노치부 방향으로 아래쪽으로 경사지게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- (1회 정정)제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구멍은 직경이 3∼30mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배플판의 평면방향 면적이 상기 탑의 횡단면적에 대하여 30∼90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탑내에 배설된 임의의 배플판과 인접하는 하측 배플판과의 피처리액 범람유동면적이 상기 탑의 횡단면적에 대하여 10∼20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피처리액이 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기화합물이 (메타)아크릴산, (메타)아크릴산에스테르, 말레인산 또는 프탈산인 것을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제탑.
- (1회 정정)탑내를 강하하는 피처리액과 그 탑내를 상승하는 기체와의 접촉에 의하여 그 피처리액의 정제를 행하는 샤워접촉형 정제탑에 있어서,상기 정제탑 내에는 피처리액 강하유동용 노치부를 가지는 배플판이 다수 단 배설되고, 또한 그 배플판에는 전체면에 기액 관통용 구멍이 설치되고, 상기 열린 구멍의 개구면적의 합계가 배플판의 상부면적에 대하여 10~50%인 정제탑을 사용하여, 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 액상 유기화합물을 정제함을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 유기화합물이 (메타)아크릴산, (메타)아크릴산에스테르, 말레인산 또는 프탈산임을 특징으로 하는 용이 폐색성물질을 함유하는 유기화합물의 정제법.
