Claims (14)
- 0.9∼1 당량의 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 1 당량의 펜타에리스리톨과 아크릴산의 에스테르 반응 화합물의 혼합물을 금속 촉매 및 비닐계 화합물의 중합억제제 존재하에서 반응시키는 단계; 및얻어지는 반응물에 상기 혼합물에 대하여 10∼70 중량%의 수산기 함유 단관능 비닐계 단량체를 첨가하여 희석시키는 단계를 포함하는 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 디이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 노르보난 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펜타에리스톨과 아크릴산의 에스테르 반응 화합물이 펜타에리스리톨 디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리스리톨 트리아크릴레이트 및 펜타에리스리톨 테트라아크릴레이트의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펜타에리스톨과 아크릴산의 에스테르 반응 화합물이 5 중량% 이하의 펜타에리스리톨 디아크릴레이트, 50 중량% 이상의 펜타에리스리톨 트리아크릴레이트 및 잔량의 펜타에리스리톨 테트라아크릴레이트의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 촉매가 주석계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합억제제가 하이드로퀴논, p-벤조퀴논 및 t-부틸하이드로퀴논으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 펜타에리스리톨과 아크릴산의 에스테르 반응 화합물의 반응이 60∼80℃의 온도 범위에서 4∼8 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수산기 함유 단관능 비닐계 단량체가 2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필메타아크릴레이트, 4-하이드록시부틸 아크릴레이트 및 4-하이드록시부틸메타아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1항의 제조 방법에 따라 제조된 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 10∼70 중량%, 다관능 비닐계 단량체 70∼10 중량%, 광개시제 1∼10 중량% 및 표면 조절용 첨가제 0.1∼10 중량%를 포함하는 자외선 경화형 도막 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다관능 비닐계 단량체가 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트, 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 네오펜틸글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리스리톨 트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리스리톨 펜타아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리스리톨 헥사아크릴레이트 및 펜타에리스리톨 테트라아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 광개시제는 벤조페논계 화합물, 벤질 디메탈 케탈계 화합물, 아세토페논계 화합물, 안트라퀴논계 화합물 및 벤질케탈계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 표면 조절용 첨가제는 실리콘 화합물, 실리콘 변성 폴리아크릴레이트 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 10 중량% 이하의 소광제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아세테이트계, 케톤계 및 방향족 유기 용제를 도막 조성물 총량과 3:1∼1:3의 중량비로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 조성물.
