본 발명은 일반쓰레기 및 매립쓰레기를 트롬멜로 선별 처리하여 토사를 제거한 후, 이들 쓰레기를 성상별로 선별 하고, 이들중 가연성 쓰레기만을 따로 분리하여 슈레더 파쇄기로 다시 분쇄후, 계량하여 피더를 통해 연속공정으로 24시간 가동하여 탄소화 제품으로 재가공된 대체 연료를 생산하므로서, 대체연료는 수분 함수율이 5∼6%이고 열량발생을 위한 석회가 혼합되고 있어 연소 효율이 대량 60~65% 정도로 매우 높다. 따라서 일부는 가열장치 자체 버너의 연료로 재투입되고, 그 나머지는 비닐하우스, 축산 난방용 연료 또는 발전용 연료로 이용할 수 있다.In the present invention, after removing the earth and sand by sorting the general waste and landfill with trommel, these wastes are sorted by properties, and only combustible wastes are separated separately and crushed again by a shredder crusher, and weighed by a continuous process through a feeder.
