Description
Claims (15)
- 폴리이미드계수지의 건조겔로 이루어지고, 겉보기 밀도가 800 kg/m3이하, 평균구멍지름이 1㎛이하인 다공질체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드계수지가 삼차원가교구조를 가지는 다공질체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 건조겔이 에어로겔인 다공질체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질체를 소성한 탄소재로 이루어지고, 겉보기 밀도가 800 kg/m3이하, 평균구멍지름이 1㎛이하인 다공질체.
- 폴리이미드계수지의 습윤겔을 얻는 겔화공정, 및 상기 습윤겔의 용매를 제거하여 폴리이미드계수지의 건조겔을 얻는 건조공정을 포함하는 제 1 항에 기재된 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 겔화공정이 폴리이미드전구체의 용액 또는 팽윤체를 얻는 공정, 및 상기 용액 또는 팽윤체 중의 폴리이미드전구체를 이미드화처리하는공정을 포함하는 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 겔화공정이 폴리이미드전구체를 이미드화하여 폴리이미드계수지를 얻는 공정, 상기 폴리이미드계수지의 용액 또는 팽윤체를 얻는 공정, 및 상기 용액 또는 팽윤체 중의 폴리이미드계수지를 가교처리하는 공정을 포함하는 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 겔화공정이 상기 폴리이미드전구체의 용액 또는 팽윤체를 얻는 공정, 상기 폴리이미드전구체의 용액 또는 팽윤체를 가교처리하여 폴리이미드전구체의 습윤겔을 얻는 공정, 및 상기 습윤겔 중의 폴리이미드전구체를 이미드화처리하는 공정을 포함하는 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 폴리이미드전구체의 용액 또는 팽윤체를 얻는 공정, 상기 폴리이미드전구체의 용액 또는 팽윤체를 가교처리하여 폴리이미드전구체의 습윤겔을 얻는 폴리이미드전구체의 겔화공정, 상기 폴리이미드전구체의 습윤겔의 용매를 제거하여 상기 폴리이미드전구체의 건조겔을 형성하는 건조공정, 및 상기 폴리이미드전구체의 건조겔을 이미드화처리하여 폴리이미드계수지의 건조겔을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 건조공정이 초임계건조처리이고, 얻어지는 건조겔이 에어로겔인 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드계수지의 건조겔을 500℃ 이상의 불활성 분위기하에서 가열처리하여 탄소재로 이루어지는 다공질체를 얻는 소성처리공정을 포함하는 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 기재된 다공질체를 용기 내에 충전하여 되는 단열체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 기체차폐성의 용기이고, 또한 상기 용기 내가 감압되어 있는 단열체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 다공질체를 사용하고 기판 상에 배치된 복수의 전극선 사이를 절연하는 층간절연막을 형성한 반도체회로.
