Claims (13)
- 레이저 광의 입사측으로부터 볼 때, 순차적으로 기록층, 반사층 및 열확산층이 구비된 광학정보 기록매체에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 상부 또는 하부에 접하는 보호층을 추가로 구비하여, 상기 기록층은 레이저광의 조사에 의해 광학특성이 가역적으로 변화하고, 막 두께가 3nm 이상 10 nm 이하이며, 상기 반사층은 상기 레이저광을 투과하며, 상기 열확산층의 굴절률을 n으로 한 때, 상기 열확산층의 막 두께(d)는 0<d(5/16)λ/n 또는 (7/16)λ/nd(1/2)λ/n의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열확산층을 구성하는 재료의 500K에서의 열전도율은 0.05W/m·K이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 정보의 기록재생에 이용하는 레이저광의 파장에서의, 열확산층의 굴절률은 1.6이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 정보의 기록재생에 이용하는 레이저광의 파장에서, 열확산층의 흡수계수는 1.5이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열확산층은 Al-N, Al-O-N, Al-C, Si, Si-N, SiO2, Si-O-N, Si-C, Ti-N, TiO2, Ti-C, Ta-N, Ta2O5, Ta-O-N, Ta-C, Zn-O, ZnS, ZnSe, Zr-N, Zr-O-N, Zr-C 및 W-C로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반사층은 Au, Ag 및 Cu로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반사층의 두께는 1㎚이상 20㎚이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기록층은 Te, Se 및 Sb로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상변화 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 레이저광에 대한 광학정보 기록매체의 평균 광투과율은 40% 이상 80%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 청구항 9에 기재된 광학정보 기록매체의 레이저광의 입사측과 반대측에, 적어도 하나의 기록층이 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기록층의 적어도 한 쪽에 접하여 기록층의 결정화를 촉진시키는 효과를 가지는 계면층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 계면층은 적어도 N (질소) 을 포함하는 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학정보 기록매체.
