Abstract

PURPOSE: A drying method for a drying and washing machine is provided to improve drying efficiency by drying the laundry quickly without creasing with separating the laundry from the wall of the washing tub through centrifugal force after dehydration. CONSTITUTION: Rotation or stop of a motor is repeated for the predetermined time at the initial stage of dehydration. In the main dehydration step, a washing tub is rotated unidirectionally by applying voltage to the motor continuously. A pulsator is rotated conversely to dehydration direction for the predetermined time in finishing dehydration. The laundry is dried without creasing by removing the laundry from the wall of the washing tub with centrifugal force after dehydration. Thus, drying hours are reduced, and drying efficiency is improved.

Description

How to proceed drying in a washing machine

The present invention relates to a drying process for drying a washing machine, and more particularly, to dry laundry in a dry washing machine.

As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional washing machine equipped with a drying function has a washing tub 3 rotatably installed inside the outer tub 5 in the main body 4, and a washing vane (below) in the lower portion of the washing tub 3. 2) is installed, the washing tank (3) and the washing blade (2) is fastened through the shaft (7) of the clutch (5) installed in the lower center of the outer tank (5), one side of the lower end of the outer tank (5) The motor pulley 9, in which the V-belt 8 is wound around the motor 1 and the clutch 6, respectively, mounted on the main body 4 and driven by a control signal of a microcomputer (not shown) mounted on the main body 4, respectively. And a clutch pulley 10 is installed.

In addition, a plurality of suction holes 12 are formed at one side of the top cover 11 hinged to the upper portion of the main body 4 so as to be opened and closed to suck the air outside the main body 4 when the laundry is dried. Hot air supply duct 13 for guiding the air sucked through the suction hole 12 is installed on one side of the cover 11, the fan 14 in the hot air supply duct 13 is a small motor that is driven during drying ( 15 is connected, and the heater 16 which is a heating source for making the air supplied through the suction hole 12 into hot air is installed inside the bottom of the hot air supply duct 13, the top cover 11 The other side of the plurality of discharge holes 17 for discharging high-temperature, high-humidity moisture evaporated from the laundry during drying out of the main body 4 is formed.

Therefore, when the user proceeds with the washing, the washing, rinsing, dehydration and drying strokes are sequentially performed by the control signal of the microcomputer built in the upper part of the main body 4. 11) The small motor 15 connected to the heater 16 at the lower end of the hot air supply duct 13 installed at the inner side and the fan 14 in the hot air supply duct 13 is driven.

At the same time, since the fan 14 is rotated, the air outside the main body 4 flows into the hot air supply duct 13 through the suction hole 12 on one side of the top cover 11, and the heater 16 is rotated. As it passes through the high temperature hot air is introduced into the washing tank (3) and at the same time the washing blade (2) of the lower in the washing tank (3) is to repeat the left, right reverse or high-speed rotation for a predetermined time.

And by drying the hot air to evaporate the moisture contained in the laundry in the laundry tank (3) and at the same time to discharge the moisture of the high temperature, high humidity evaporated through the discharge hole 17 on the other side of the top cover (11) It is dried during the drying time, and the drying stroke is completed when the set drying time is completed.

However, in the conventional washing machine equipped with such a drying function, the laundry is entangled during the rinsing process after washing, and in particular, as shown in FIG. 2, the laundry in the washing tank 3 drains immediately after dehydration. In this state, the voltage of the motor 1 is continuously turned on and dehydration is performed at a normal rotation speed. Therefore, the laundry is mostly attached to the wall of the washing tank 3 by centrifugal force. Since the time is long, even when the drying is dry, the laundry is crumpled so that the laundry can not be efficiently dried, there are many problems such as the drying efficiency is greatly reduced.

The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, after the dehydration is completed in the dry washing machine to drop the laundry attached to the wall of the washing tank by centrifugal force and then to dry the laundry in a state that is not wrinkled to shorten the drying time It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of drying a washing machine which can perform a drying function of a laundry quickly and improve drying efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an initial dehydration step of repeating rotation and stop of the motor for a predetermined time during initial dehydration, a main dehydration step of circulating the washing tank in one direction by continuously applying voltage to the motor, and the dehydration operation is completed. When the drying process of the drying machine including the step of rotating the washing blade for a predetermined time in the direction opposite to the dehydration direction.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

3 is a flowchart showing an operation state during the drying process in the drying washing machine according to the present invention, Figure 4 is a timing diagram showing the relationship between the number of revolutions to the time of dehydration in the drying washing machine according to the present invention, In the initial dehydration, the voltage application of the motor 1 is repeated for a predetermined time so as to turn on and off, and after the motor 1 is repeatedly turned on and off for a predetermined time, the voltage application of the motor 1 is continuously turned on to perform a dehydration stroke. After the completion of the dehydration stroke, the washing blade 2 is rotated for a predetermined time in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation during dehydration, and then the normal drying of the laundry proceeds.

That is, after sequentially washing and rinsing laundry in a dry washing machine, during initial dehydration, the voltage application of the motor 1 is repeated on and off for a predetermined time, and the on and off of the motor 1 is repeated for a predetermined time. Next, the voltage application of the motor 1 is continuously turned on to complete the dehydration stroke.

At this time, the reason for performing the dehydration stroke in the same pattern as described above is that when the rotational force is applied to the washing tank (3) in the state that the water contained in the laundry in the washing tank (3) does not escape, the moment of inertia is increased to the wall of the washing tank (3) As the laundry becomes tighter and harder to drop the laundry, as shown in FIG. 4, during the initial stage of dehydration, the rotation speed is turned on and off for a predetermined time, and then the normal rotation speed when the laundry is dripped out. When the laundry is applied to the wall surface of the washing tub 3, it is possible to greatly reduce the phenomenon of being in close contact.

Thereafter, after the dehydration stroke is completed, the drying blade may be on the washing blade 2 in the washing tank 3 in a state where the laundry is entangled due to the dewatering stroke, and also adheres to the wall surface in the washing tank 3. When rotated in a direction opposite to the rotation direction when dehydration for about 1 minute, the laundry attached to the wall surface of the washing tub 3 by the laundry on the washing blade (2) is dropped.

As such, when the washing blade 2 is rotated in the direction opposite to the rotational direction during dehydration for about one minute, and then the laundry is dried, the laundry can be dried without being wrinkled, thereby shortening the drying time to quickly dry the laundry. It can be dried, and the drying efficiency can be greatly increased.

As described above, the present invention can drastically shorten the drying time of the laundry by drying the laundry attached to the wall surface of the washing tank 3 by centrifugal force after the completion of dehydration in the drying washing machine to dry the laundry without wrinkles It is a very useful invention with many advantages, such as being able to dry quickly and greatly improve the drying efficiency.
