Claims (2)
- 하기 화학식 1로 나타내지는 압전재료용 산화물 조성물.<화학식 1>0.05Pb(Al1/2Nb1/2)O3-0.494PbZrO3-0.456PbTiO3+ mNb2O5식 중, m은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.0 wt%이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 조성물이 Nb2O5의 일부를 MnO2로 치환하여 하기 화학식 2로 나타내어지는 것인 압전재료용 산화물 조성물.<화학식 2>0.05Pb(Al1/2Nb1/2)O3-0.494PbZrO3-0.456PbTiO3+ mNb2O5+ nMnO2식 중, m은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.6 내지 0.9 wt%이고, n은 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.3 내지 0.8 wt%이다.
