Description
Claims (3)
- 잉크 제트 인쇄 시스템 및 시스템으로부터 분리되어 위치한 프린트헤드(10)를 구비하며, 상기 프린트헤드(10)는 잉크와 제어신호를 프린트헤드(10)에 공급하는 연결관(12)에 의해 상기 인쇄 시스템에 접속되는 잉크 제트 인쇄기에 있어서,a)상기 분리 위치하는 프린트헤드(10) 내에 설치되는 적어도 1개의 열전기소자(TED)(40)에 가해지는 전류 극성의 함수로서, 상기 잉크와의 사이에서 열전달을 행하는 열펌프 수단(40);b)프린트헤드(10) 내의 실제 잉크온도를 측정하는 수단(20);c)실제 잉크온도를 소망 온도범위와 비교하고, 그리고 TED(40)를 조작하여 잉크의 온도를 변화하는, 상기 실제 잉크온도를 소망범위 내로 유지시키는데 소요되는 수단(70); 및d)상기 TED(40)의 능력을 증강하여 상기 실제 잉크의 온도를 소망범위로 유지하도록 상기 TED(40)와의 사이에서 열교환을 행하기 위해 TED(40)와 열관계(thermal relation)로 있으며, 통로를 구비하고, 상기 통로를 통하여 열교환액이 순환하며, 작동 중에 상기 TED(40)가 상기 잉크와 상기 열교환액과의 사이에서 열교환하는, 열교환수단(42)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 제트 인쇄기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비교를 행하고 그리고 상기 TED(40)를 조작하는 수단(70)은, 상기 실제 잉크온도를 제1입력으로 수신하고, 상기 소망 온도범위를 나타내는온도를 제2입력으로 수신하는 피드백 제어기(70)를 포함하며, 상기 제어기(70)는 상기 입력을 비교하고, 상기 TED(40)를 상기 비교결과의 함수로서 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 제트 인쇄기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연결관(12)은 잉크를 프린트헤드(10)로 공급하고 프린트헤드(10)로부터 귀환시키기 위한 잉크 공급 및 잉크 귀환도관을 포함하며, 상기 잉크 귀환도관은 잉크 공급도관과 열적인 관계를 가지고 설치되어 공급잉크가 상기 프린트헤드(10)에 도달하기 이전에 공급잉크의 온도를 예비 조정(precondition)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 제트 인쇄기.
