Claims (5)
- (정정)서로 마주보는 한쌍의 기판 및 이들 기판 사이에 위치하여 밀폐된 공간을 형성하는 사이드 글라스와;지지 수단에 의해 긴장 상태로 설치되어 전원 인가시 열전자를 방출하는 필라멘트와;상기 기판중 어느 하나의 기판에 마련된 배선층으로부터 외부 전원을 인가받아 소정의 표시 패턴을 형성하는 애노드와;상기 사이드 글라스를 통해 인가되는 외부 정전기의 영향을 최소화하기 위한 정전기 차폐 수단;을 포함하며, 상기 정전기 차폐 수단은 도전액을 인쇄하여 형성한 도전성 격벽으로 이루어지고, 도전성 격벽에는 상기 애노드에 연결된 배선층을 통해 전압이 인가되는 그리드리스형 형광표시관.
