Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 일정 간격을 갖고 일 방향으로 배열되는 복수개의 게이트 라인;상기 복수개의 게이트 라인에 수직한 방향으로 일정 간격을 갖고 배열되는 복수개의 데이터 라인;상기 3n-2번째 데이터 라인, 3n-1번째 데이터 라인, 3n번째 데이터 라인에 각각 연결되며 상기 게이트 라인과 동일 평면상에 형성되는 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 쇼팅 바;상기 각각의 쇼팅 바를 해당 데이터 라인과 연결하는 투명전극을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 짝수번째 게이트 라인에 연결되는 제 4 쇼팅 바와, 상기 홀수번째 게이트 라인에 연결되는 제 5 쇼팅 바를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1,제 2, 제 3 쇼팅 바는 게이트 라인과 동일한 물질로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 쇼팅 바에 연결되고 상기 데이터 라인의 패드 묶음과 묶음 사이에 형성되는 복수개의 보조 검사 패드를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
