Description
Claims (11)
- 전기적 출력(20)을 생성하기 위해 직렬 비대향으로 연결된 2개의 광검파기(12, 14), 상기 2개의 광검파기 중 관련된 하나에 각각 충돌시키기 위해 수신된 광신호를 2개의 신호부로 분리하는 광분리기(4, 22) 및 상기 2개의 광검파기의 접합부에서 한 신호부를 다른 신호부에 비해 지연시키는 상기 광분리기와 광검파기 사이에 위치하는 지연수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광분리기는 한 출력섬유가 다른 것보다 긴 2개의 출력섬유(8, 10)를 갖는 광섬유 커플러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광분리기는 광빔 분리기(22)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 한 신호부의 지연이 상기 다른 신호부에 대해 상대적으로 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한 출력섬유에서 관련된 광검파기까지의 거리가 조절될 수 있고, 섬유부를 빠져나가는 신호부를 시준하기 위한 시준장치(32)와, 관련 광검파기 상에 상기 시준장치에 의해 시준된 한 신호부의 초점을 맞추기 위한 초점장치(36)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 고 임피던스 증폭기에 전기적으로 연결된 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광수신기.
- 고 임피던스 증폭기에 전기적으로 연결된 제4항에 따른 광검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광수신기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 입력 디지털 광신호로서 광신호를 제공하는 입력 수단(6)을 구비하고, 광검파기(12,14)에서 상기 신호부의 상대적인 지연이 디지털 신호의 비트 주기와 일치하고, 그에 의해 출력(20)에서 미분코드 신호가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광수신기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 입력 디지탈 광신호로서 광신호를 제공하는 입력 수단(6)을 구비하고, 광검파기(12,14)에서 상기 신호부의 상대적인 지연이 디지털 신호의 비트 주기와 일치하고, 그에 의해 출력(20)에서 미분코드 신호가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광수신기.
- 광신호를 2개의 신호부로 광분리하는 단계, 전기적 출력(20)을 생성하기 위해 직렬 비대향으로 연결된 2개의 광검파기(12,14) 중 관련된 한 광검파기에 각 신호부를 충돌시키는 단계 및 상기 광분리 후에 한 신호부를 다른 신호부에 대해 상대적으로 지연시키는 단계를 포함하고, 그에 의해 상기 2개의 광검파기의 접합부에서 한 신호부가 다른 것에 비해 상대적으로 지연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디지털 신호 검출방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 지연이 광신호의 비트율과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디지털 신호 검출 방법.
