Claims (14)
- 중량비율로 16.5 내지 17.5% 크롬, 6.4 내지 8.0% 망간, 2.50 내지 5.0% 니켈, 2.0 내지 3.0%의 구리, 0.15% 이하 탄소, 0.2% 이하의 질소, 1% 이하의 실리콘과 또한 나머지로서 철과 불순물로 구성되며 델타 페라이트 % = 12.48 + 0.52(망간%) - 54.27(질소%) - 47.48(탄소%) - 1.57(니켈%) - 1.62(구리%) + 0.69(구리%)2과 같은 식에 따라 9% 미만의 델타 페라이트 함량을 가진 오스테나이트 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 17중량% 크롬을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2.8 내지 4.0% 니켈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소와 질소 총함량이 0.3중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5% 이하의 실리콘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강의 인장강도가 80 내지 100 ksi인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강의 항복강도가 50 ksi 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제7항에 있어서, 강의 항복강도가 35 내지 50 ksi인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.

- 제11항에 있어서, 3 내지 4% 니켈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 제12항에 있어서, 0.5% 이하 실리콘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐레스강.
- 중량비율로 16.5 내지 17.5% 크롬, 6.4 내지 8.0% 망간, 2.5 내지 5.0% 니켈, 2.0 내지 3.0% 이하의 구리, 0.15% 이하의 탄소, 0.2% 질소, 1% 이하의 실리콘, 또한 나머지로서 철과 불순물로 구성된 조성을 갖고, 또한 AISI T-201L보다 낮은 가공경화율을 갖고, T-201L과 T-430에 필적하는 내식성과, AISI T-304에 필적하는 기계적 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저-니켈 함량 오스테나이트 스텐레스강 제품.
