Description
Claims (4)
- 원판형상 또는 고리형상의 한쌍의 단판 사이에 복수의 날개를 둘레방향으로 소정의 부착 피치를 두고 고리형상으로 배치하여 가로로 설치고정하고, 날개의 길이방향 중간부에 칸막이판을 배치한 횡류팬에 있어서, 상기 각 날개를 팬축에 대하여 소정 각도 경사지게 함과 동시에, 상기 날개의 부착 피치를 부등 가격으로 설정하고, 상기 단판과 칸막이판 사이 또는 칸막이판 사이에 형성되는 복수개의 다중 날개바퀴를 팬축 둘레에서 소정의 단면 어긋남각을 갖게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬.
- 원판형상 또는 고리형상의 칸막이판의 한면에 복수의 날개를 둘레방향으로 부등 간격을 두고 고리형상으로 동시에 팬축에 대해서 소정 각도 경사시켜 일체로 세워 설치함으로서 1개의 다중 날개바퀴를 형성하고, 상기 칸막이판의 다른 면에 형성된 걸어맞춤 오목부에 다른 1개의 날개의 선단부를 걸어 고착함으로서 복수개의 다중 날개바퀴를 팬축 둘레에서 소정의 단면 어긋남 각을 갖고 팬축방향에 차례로 겹쳐 쌓아 구성하며, 상기 겹쳐 쌓은 양단의 다중 날개바퀴의 한쪽 날개의 선단부에 단판을 고착하는 한편, 다른 쪽의 상기 칸막이판에 회전축을 결합하는 보스부를 형성해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 날개는 팬축에서 직각방향의 단면의 두께를 칸막이측보다도 선단측으로 감에 따라 점차 얇아 지도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 날개는 길이방향으로 곡선형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡류팬.
