Abstract

본 고안은 테이프 레코더에 사용되는 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 관한 것으로서, 제조비용 및 조립공수를 줄일 수 있도록 개량한 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 고안은, 릴디스크의 저면에, 방사상으로 다수개의 홈이 형성되고, 이 홈의 바닥면에 광센서로부터 조사되는 광을 난반사시키는 경사면이 형성되어, 홈과 홈이 형성되지 않은 부위에서 반사되는 광량의 차를 이용하여 릴디스크의 회전속도를 감지하도록 구성된다.

Description

릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치
제1도는 종래 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치를 개략적으로 도시한 분리사시도.
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치를 도시한 사시도.
제3도는 제2도의 A-A선 확대단면도.
제4도는 종래 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 의하여 출력되는 신호파형도이고,
제5도는 본 고안에 따른 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 의하여 출력되는 신호 파형도이다.

본 고안은 테이프 레코더에 사용되는 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 구성부품수를 줄임과 동시에 조립이 간단하도록 개량한 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 테이프 레코더에서 릴디스크의 회전속도를 감지하기 위한 장치로는 제1도에 도시되어 있는 바와같이, 릴디스크(1)의 저면에 부착되는 흰색의 광반사부(3)와 흑색의 광흡수부(4)가 방사상으로 반복적으로 배열된 리플렉터(reflector:2)와, 이플렉터(2)에 광을 조사하고 이로부터 반사되는 광으로부터 리플렉터(2)의 회전변화를 펄스 검출하는 광센서(5)를 구비하여, 테이프의 감김량에 따라 변화되는 릴디스크(1)의 회전속도를 감지하도록 되어 있었다.
그러나 이와같이 구성된 종래 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치는, 광반사부(30와 광흡수부(4)가 방사상으로 반복적으로 배열된 리플렉터(2)를 필요로 하므로, 제조비용이 상승하게 되고, 또한 상기의 리플렉터를 릴디스크의 저면에 부착하여야 하므로 조립공수가 추가되어 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상술한 바와같은 문제점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로서, 제조비용 및 조립공수를 줄일 수 있도록 개량한 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은, 릴디스크와, 릴디스크의 저면으로 광을 조사하고 이로부터 반사된 광으로부터 릴디스크의 회전속도를 감지하는 광센서를 구비하여 된 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 있어서, 상기 릴디스크의 저면에, 방사상으로 다수개의 홈이 형성되고, 이 홈의 바닥면에 상기 광센서로부터 조사되는 광을 난반사시키는 경사면이 형성된 점에 그 특징이 있다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 상세하게 설명한다.
본 고안에 따른 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치는 제2도 및 제3도에 도시되어 있는 바와같이, 릴디스크(10)의 저면에 방사상으로 다수개의 홈(11)이 형성되고, 이 홈(11)의 바닥면에는 입사되는 광을 난반사시켜 반사되는 광의 광량을 줄이기 위하여 그 중앙부로부터 양측 가장자리 쪽으로 하향되는 경사면(12)이 형성된다.
그리고 상기 릴디스크(10)의 하측에는 릴디스크(10)의 저면으로 광을 조사하여 릴디스크(10)의 저면에 형성된 홈(11)과 홈이 형성되지 않은 부위에서 반사되는 광으로부터 릴디스크(10)의 회전속도 변화를 펄스 검출하는 광센서(20)가 고정 설치된다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안에 따른 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지 장치는, 릴디스크(10)의 홈(11)이 형성되지 않은 부위가 종래 리플렉터(2)의 광반사부(3) 역할을 하게 되고, 릴디스크(10)의 저면에 형성된 홈(11)이 종래 리플렉터(2)의 광흡수부(4) 역할을 하게 된다.
즉, 홈(11)이 형성되지 않은 부위와 홈(11)의 바닥면과의 높이 차이와, 홈(11)의 바닥면에 형성된 광을 난반사시키는 경사면(12)에 의해 홈(11)으로부터 반사된 광의 광량이 홈(11)이 형성되지 않은 부위로부터 반사되는 광의 광량보다 작게 됨에따라 홈(11)과 홈이 형성되지 않은 부위가 종래 리플렉터(2)의 광흡수부(4)와 광반사부(3)의 역할을 하게 된다.
제4도 및 제5도에는 상기의 내용을 뒷받침하는 본 출원인의 실험결과가 도시되어 있다.
도면에서 제4도는 종래 리플렉터를 사용하는 경우의 실험결과를 나타낸 것이고, 제5도는 본 고안에 따른 실험결과를 나타낸 것으로서, 종래 리플렉터를 사용하는 경우보다 본 고안의 경우가 펄스 출력차에 있어서는 다소 떨어지나 릴디스크의 회전속도 변화를 광센서로서 펄스 검출하는데는 지장을 주지 않게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 고안 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 의하면, 릴디스크의 저면에 다수개의 홈을 방사상으로 형성하여 이들이 종래 방식에서 사용되던 리플렉터의 역할을 수행하도록 되어 있으므로, 종래 사용되던 리플렉터를 삭제할 수 있어 제조비용 및 조립공수를 줄일 수 있게 된다.

  1. 릴디스크와, 릴디스크의 저면으로 광을 조사하고 이로부터 반사된 광으로부터 릴디스크의 회전속도를 감지하는 광센서를 구비하여 된 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치에 있어서, 상기 릴디스크(10)의 저면에, 방사상으로 다수개의 홈(11)이 형성되고, 이 홈(11)의 바닥면에 상기 광센서(20)로부터 조사되는 광을 난반사시키는 경사면(12)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 릴디스크의 회전속도 감지장치.
