Description

테이프레코더의 오기록 방지장치
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도.
제2도는 a는 본 고안의 분할반사판만을 저면에서 보아 표면부를 도시한 것이고, b는 셔터부를 저면에서 보아 표면부를 도시한 것이다.
제3도와 제4도는 본 고안의 평면도로서 제3도는 테이프에 기록이 가능한 상태도이고, 제4도는 테이프에 기록이 불가능한 상태도이다.
제5도의 a는 제3도의 우측면도이고, b는 제4도의 우측면도이다.
제6도는 종래 기술을 도시한 것으로 a는 테이프에 기록이 가능한 상태도이고, b는 테이프에 기록이 불가능한 상태도이다.

본 고안은 테이프레코더의 오녹화, 오녹음(오기록)방지장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 릴 센서를 이용하여 테이프에 오기록이 됨을 방지하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 오기록 방지장치는 제6도에 도시한 바와 같이 탄력편(100)과 스위치(101)를 설치하고 탄력편(100)에는 걸림돌기(102)를 고정설치하여 테이프카세트(103)에 오기록 방지편(104)이 없게되면 걸림돌기(102)는 테이프카세트(103)내로 삽입되면서 탄력편(100)의 탄발력에 의하여 스위치(101)가 접점된다. 이때 스위치(101)가 접점됨에 따라 테이프에 기록이 이루어지지 않게된다.
그리고 카세트테이프(103)에 오기록 방지편(104)이 있게되면 걸림돌기(102)는 이에 걸려서 테이프카세트(103)내로 삽입되지 아니함으로 이때 탄력편(100)은 벌어져 스위치(101) 접점은 이루어지지 않는다. 따라서 이와같은 상태에서는 테이프에 기록이 이루어지는 것이다.
이와같이 작동이 이루어지는 종래 기술은 탄력편(100)에 텐션이 완화되면 스위치(101) 접점이 불안전하게 되어 오기록 방지의 역할을 정상적으로 수행하는데는 한계가 있었고, 또한 별도의 스위치(101)를 구성해야 함으로 이에따른 작업공정이 늘어난다.
그러므로 원가상승의 원인과 작업공수가 좋지 못한 결점이 있었던 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 릴디스크에 분할반사판을 설치하고 이의 하방으로 릴센서와 셔터부를 갖는 작동레버를 구성하여 작동레버의 작동에 따라 릴센서의 감지에 의하여 테이프에 오기록을 방지토록 안출된 것으로 이하 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
테이프레코더의 덱크(1)에 릴디스크(2)를 설치하고 이에 오기록방지편(3)을 갖는 카세트테이프(4)를 장착토록 하는 것에 있어서, 상기 릴디스크(2)의 밑면에 분할반사판(5)을 설치하고 이의 하방에는 작동레버(6)를 회동축(7)과 스프링(8)으로 회동가능하게 탄력설치하되 작동레버(6)의 일측선단부에는 걸림돌기(9)를 형성하고 타측선단 밑면에는 셔터부(10)를 형성한다.
그리고 상기 작동레버(6)의 셔터부(10) 하방에는 릴센서(11)를 설치하여서 된 구성이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 테이프에 기록가능할때의 작동원리를 설명한다(도시된 제3도와 제5도의 a참조), 즉, 덱크(1)에 설치된 릴디스크(2)에 오기록방지편(3)이 있는 카세트 테이프(4)를 장착시키고 녹화, 녹음 기능을 갖는 레코딩 버턴과 플레이버턴을 함께 누른다. 이때 작동레버(6)의 걸림돌기(9)는 오기록방지면(3)에 걸리게 되고 한편 스프링(8)은 인장력이 있는 상태이며 작동레버(6)의 타측선단 밑면에 형성한 셔터부(10)는 릴디스크(2)의 분할반사판(5) 하방에 위치하고 있다. 또한 셔터부(10) 하방에 설치한 릴센서(11)도 셔터부(10)의 바로 하방인 동일 수직선상에 위치하게 된다. 즉, 셔터부(10)가 릴센서(11)와 분할반사판(5) 사이에서 이들을 상호차단하는 것이다.
이때, 릴센서(11)의 빗금치지 아니한 흰 부분인 발광소자에서 빛을 발광시켜 셔터부(10)의 흰부분에 닿게하면 흰부분은 반사면으로서 다시 빛을 반사시켜 릴센서(11)의 빗금친 부분인 수광소자에 닿게한다. 그리고 다른 한편 릴센서(11)의 발광소자에서 발광시킨 빛이 셔터부(10)의 빗금친 부분인 흡수면에 닿게되면 빛은 그대로 흡수된다.
따라서, 상기와 같은 경우에는 릴센서(11)로부터 펄스신호인나신호가 단일로 나와 마이콤에 인가시키고 이때 마이콤에 의하여 릴디스크(2)를 회동시켜 테이프에 기록을 가능하게 하는 것이다.
다음, 테이프에 기록이 불가능한 상태 즉, 오기록 방지 작동원리에 관한 설명을 한다(도시된 제4도와 제5도의 b참조).
오기록 방지편(3)이 있는 카세트테이프(4)를 릴디스크(2)에 장착시키고, 레코딩버턴과 풀레이버턴을 함께 누룬다.
이때 작동레버(6)에 탄력설치된 스프링(8)의 인장력에 의하여 작동레버(6)는 회동축(7)을 중심으로 회동하면서 걸림돌기(9)는 카세트테이프(4)의 내부로 삽입되고 작동레버(6)의 셔터부(10)는 릴디스크(3)에 설치한 분할반사판(5)과 릴센서(11)와의 일치된 수직선상으로부터 벗어난다. 즉 릴센서(11)와 분할반사판(5)과의 사이에서 벗어나게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 분할반사판(5)에는 빗금친 부분인 흡수면과 빗금치지 아니한 흰부분인 반사면이 다수 형성되어 있으므로 릴디스크(2)가 회전함에 따라 상기에서 설명한 릴센서(11)의 동일원리에 의하여 펄스신호인나신호가 연속해서 나와 이 신호를 마이콤에 인가시킨다. 이때 마이콤에 의하여 릴디스크(2)를 정지시킨다. 그러므로 이때는 테이프에 기록이 불가능한 상태로서 오기록을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
그런데 상기에서 분할반사판(5)이 설치된 릴디스크(2)에 카세트테이프(4)를 장착한 상태에서 연속된 펄스신호가 나오려면, 릴디스크(2)가 회전을 해야하는데 이때 릴디스크(2)가 회전함에 따라 카세트테이프(4)의 테이프가 주행을 하게된다. 그러나 상기에서 릴디스크(2)가 회전하여 연속해서 나오는 펄스신호를 매우 짧은 시간에 이루어져 릴디스크(2)가 회전함에 따른 카세트테이프(4)의 테이프 주행은 매우 짧아 무시해도 좋은 것이다.
따라서 기록되지 않은 테이프주행은 방지되는 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 릴센서(11)와 작동레버(6)를 구성하여 기록가능여부를 정확하고 안전하게 감지함으로써 테이프에 오기록을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 테이프레코더의 덱크(1)에 릴디스크(2)를 설치하고 이에 카세트테이프(4)를 장착토록 하는 것에 있어서, 상기 릴디스크(2) 하방에는 작동레버(6)를 회동가능하게 탄력 설치하고, 또한 이의 하방에는 릴센서(11)를 설치하며, 상기 작동레버(6)가 작동됨에 따라 릴센서(11)에 의하여 테이프의 기록가능여부를 감지하여 오기록을 방지할 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 테이프레코더의 오기록 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 릴디스크(2) 하면에는 분할반사판(5)을 설치하고, 작동레버(6)는 회동축(7)과 스프링(8)으로 회동되게 탄력설치하며 또한 양측부에는 걸림돌기(9)와 셔터부(10)를 형성하여 됨을 특징으로 한 테이프레코더의 오기록 방지장치.
