Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 팽윤성 점토가 90%가 0.06mm미만이고 70%가 0.002mm미만인 입자크기를 갖는 분말형태이며, 기저층과 표지층 사이의 팽윤성 점토면적 중량이 제1도에 나타낸 그림에 따른 점토의 팽윤능에 직접 관련되고 적절한 범위로 표시된 그림의 부화부분에 놓여지며, 및 (b) 사용된 부직포 섬유물질이 제2도에 나타낸 그림 허용가능한 범위로 표시된 부분에 놓여있는 면적중량 및 유효 열림 크기 Dw를 갖는, 기저층 및 표지층 중 적어도 하나가 부직포 섬유 물질로 구성된다는 조건하에 부직포 섬유물질, 제직포, 편성포 및 플라스틱 시이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 기저층 및 표지층과 팽윤성 점토 중간층을 함유하는 물 또는 오일 또는 물 및 오일 차단층으로서 사용하기 위한, 물 또는 오일-불투수성 삼층 니들 펀치 시일링 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 팽윤성 점토가 부직포 섬유층에 적어도 부분적으로 묻혀있고, (b) 팽윤성 점토층의 두께가 전체적으로 부직포 섬유 층 또는 층들의 두께와 실제로 동일하거나 보다 얇은 시일링 매트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 30~50%의 사용된 벤토나이트가 적어도 하나의 기저층 또는 표지층, 또는 두층 모두에 위치하는 시일링 매트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a) 기저층 및 표지층이 부직포 섬유물질로 구성되며, (b) 부직포 섬유물질이 300 또는 600g/㎡~1000g/㎡의 면적중량, 2~8mm의 두께, 0.08~1.5mm의 유효 열림크기, 2kN/㎡ 하중하의 10-3~10-2㎡/s의 물 투수성을 가지며 절단길이 60~150mm의 방적섬유로 만들어진 시일링 매트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기저층 및 표지층 중 하나가 부직포 섬유물질이고 다른 층이 제직포 또는 편성포이며, 기저층 및 표지층 모두가 비부패성 합성 수지로 만들어진 비부패성 합성 수지 섬유 또는 필라멘트, 또는 플라스틱 시이트로 구성되는 시일링 매트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기저층 및 표지층이 부직포 섬유 물질이며, 모두 비부패성 합성 수지로 제조되는 제직포 또는 편성포 또는 플라스틱 시이트가 기저층과 팽윤성 점토층 사이에 위치하는 시일링 매트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기저층이 제2도에 따른 그림의 허용가능한 범위밖의 부직포 섬유 물질이며, 80g/㎡ 초과의 면적 중량을 갖는 제직 스플릿 필름이 기저층과 점토층 사이에 니들-펀칭되고, 부직포 섬유 물질이 250g/㎡의 면적중량을 갖는 니들펀칭된 부직포 섬유물질은 시일링 매트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기저층이 150g/㎡ 초과의 면적중량을 갖는 제직 스플릿 필름만으로 구성되거나 또는 200u(0.2mm)이상의 두께를 갖는 플라스틱 시이트만으로 구성된 시일링 매트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직포 섬유물질, 제직포 또는 편성포 및 플라스틱 시이트가 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리에스테르(PES)로 구성된 시일링 매트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(PEHD)인 시일링 매트.
