Abstract
Description
図1は、異常検出に用いる電池の等価回路モデル(電池モデルとも呼ぶ)の一例である。図1中に示すR0は直列抵抗成分、R1、R2、R3、R4は抵抗である。また、C2、C3、C4は容量である。
本実施の形態では、さらにニューラルネットワーク(NN)を用いて精度を高める構成について以下に説明する。
本実施の形態では、さらにもう一つの比較器を用いて精度を高める構成について以下に説明する。
本実施の形態では、図10を用いて電気自動車(EV)に適用する例を示す。
二次電池のSOCを推定する方法の一例を図14に示す。図14は、フロー図であり、マイクロショートなどの異常を検知した後、予測誤差のデータを作成、例えば1ステップから4ステップ前までの正常な予測誤差の平均をカルマンフィルタに投入する。異常を検出した後も正確にSOCを求めることができる。
Claims (17)
- 第1観測値となる二次電池の電圧値を検出する第1の検出手段と、
第2観測値となる二次電池の電流値を検出する第2の検出手段と、
回帰モデルを用いて推定電圧値を算出する算出部と、
前記第1観測値の電圧値と、前の時刻に得た推定電圧値との差分を求め、あるしきい値範囲を超えると二次電池が異常であると判定する判定部と、を有する二次電池の異常検知装置。 - 請求項1において、前記回帰モデルは、状態方程式に基づくカルマンフィルタである二次電池の異常検知装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、判定部は1つまたは複数の比較器を有する二次電池の異常検知装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、さらに、
前記第1観測値の電圧値と、前の時刻に得た推定電圧値との差分を入力するニューラルネットワーク構成部と、
を有する二次電池の異常検知装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、前記二次電池は、リチウムイオン二次電池である二次電池の異常検知装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、前記二次電池は、全固体電池である二次電池の異常検知装置。
- 二次電池が異常であるかを判定する異常検知方法であって、
回帰モデルを用いて推定電圧値を出力する事前推定予測ステップと、
事後状態推定値及び事後誤差共分散行列とを算出するフィルタリングステップとを有する異常検知方法。 - 請求項7において、前記回帰モデルは、状態方程式に基づくカルマンフィルタである異常検知方法。
- コンピュータを、
回帰モデルを用いて推定電圧値を算出する算出部、
前記観測値の電圧値と、前の時刻に得た推定電圧値との差分を求め、あるしきい値範囲を超えると二次電池が異常であると判定する判定部、

観測値と事前状態推定値の差である予測誤差電圧Vdを算出し、
予測誤差電圧Vdのデータが予め設定したしきい値を超えるか否かに基づいてデータがノイズかどうかを判定し、
ノイズと判定されたデータに代えて、異常検出前のk個のデータの平均値を回帰モデルに入れ替えて入力して補正し、
ノイズ検出後も異常検知を続ける二次電池の状態推定方法。 - 請求項11において前記回帰モデルは、状態方程式に基づくカルマンフィルタである二次電池の状態推定方法。
- 請求項11または請求項12において、前記ノイズは、二次電池のマイクロショート発生時に生じる二次電池の状態推定方法。
- 二次電池の充電状態を推定する二次電池の充電状態推定装置であって、
第1観測値となる二次電池の電圧値を検出する検出手段と、
回帰モデルを用いて推定電圧値を算出する算出部と、
前記第1観測値の電圧値と、前の時刻に得た推定電圧値との差分を求め、あるしきい値範囲を超えると二次電池が異常であると判定する判定部と、
を有し、
前記判定部は、1つまたは複数の比較器と、マルチプレクサと、遅延回路を有する充電状態推定装置。 - 請求項14において、前記回帰モデルは、状態方程式に基づくカルマンフィルタである二次電池の充電状態推定装置。
- 請求項14または請求項15において、前記判定部は1つまたは複数の比較器を有する二次電池の充電状態推定装置。
- 請求項14乃至請求項16のいずれか一において、さらに第2観測値となる二次電池の電流値を検出する第2の検出手段を有する二次電池の充電状態推定装置。
