Abstract
Description
はじめに、立毛人工皮革の重量を測定した。そして、立毛人工皮革をN,N’-ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)に12時間浸漬した後プレス処理を行い、その後さらにDMFに5分間浸漬後プレス処理を行う動作を5回繰り返し、高分子弾性体であるポリウレタンを溶剤抽出した。そして、抽出後の不織布を乾燥した。そして、乾燥後の不織布の重量を測定した。
そして、(立毛人工皮革の重量−不織布の重量)/立毛人工皮革の重量×100から高分子弾性体の含有率(B)(質量%)を算出した。
立毛人工皮革をDMFに12時間浸漬した後プレス処理を行い、その後さらにDMFに5分間浸漬後プレス処理を行う動作を5回繰り返し、ポリウレタンを溶剤抽出した。そして、抽出後の不織布を乾燥した。そして、得られた不織布の摩耗減量を、JIS L 1096(6.17.5E法,マーチンデール法)に準じて、押圧荷重12kPa(gf/cm2)、摩耗回数2万回でマーチンデール摩耗試験機を用いて摩耗試験を行い、摩耗減量(C)を測定した。
各実施例及び比較例で用いたポリウレタンの厚さ約400μmのフィルムを作成し、2.5cm幅に切り出したものをオートグラフで強伸度測定した。得られたSSカーブの伸度100%の強力を読み取り、フィルム厚みと2.5cm幅から得られた断面積で割り、100%モジュラス(A:MPa)を算出した。
ソフトネステスター(皮革ソフトネス計測装置ST300:英国、MSAエンジニアリングシステム社製)を用いてソフトネスを測定した。具体的には、直径25mmの所定のリングを装置の下部ホルダーにセットした後、下部ホルダーに立毛人工皮革をセットした。そして、上部レバーに固定された金属製のピン(直径5mm)を立毛人工皮革に向けて押し下げた。そして、上部レバーを押し下げて上部レバーがロックしたときの数値を読み取った。なお、数値は侵入深さを表し、数値が大きいほどしなやかであることを表す。
立毛人工皮革の摩耗減量を、JIS L 1096(6.17.5E法,マーチンデール法)に準じて、押圧荷重12kPa(gf/cm2)、摩耗回数5万回でマーチンデール摩耗試験機を用いて摩耗試験を行い、摩耗減量を測定した。
水溶性ポリビニルアルコール樹脂(PVA;海成分)と、変性度6モル%のイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレ−ト(島成分)とを、海成分/島成分が25/75(質量比)となるように260℃で溶融複合紡糸用口金(島数:12島/繊維)より単孔吐出量1.5g/minで吐出した。そして、紡糸速度が3700m/minとなるようにエジェクター圧力を調整し、平均繊度4.5デシテックスの長繊維をネット上に捕集して、スパンボンドシート(繊維ウェブ)を得た。
実施例1において、熱収縮処理されたウェブ絡合シートに含浸させるポリウレタンのDMF溶液の割合を表1に示すように変更した以外は実施例1と同様にしてスエード調人工皮革を得た。そして、スエード調人工皮革を上記評価方法に従って評価した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において用いた100%モジュラス12.5MPaのポリウレタンのDMF溶液の代わりに、100%モジュラス4.5MPaのポリウレタンのDMF溶液(実施例5、比較例1)、100%モジュラス6MPaのポリウレタンのDMF溶液(実施例6)、100%モジュラス8MPaのポリウレタンのDMF溶液(実施例7、比較例4)、または、100%モジュラス10MPaのポリウレタンのDMF溶液(実施例4)のいずれかを用い、熱収縮処理されたウェブ絡合シートに含浸させるポリウレタンのDMF溶液の割合をそれぞれ変更した以外は実施例1と同様にしてスエード調人工皮革を得た。そして、スエード調人工皮革を上記評価方法に従って評価した。結果を表1に示す。
PVA(海成分)と、カーボンブラックを1.5質量%含有する、変性度6モル%のイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレ−ト(島成分)とを、海成分/島成分が25/75(質量比)となるように260℃で溶融複合紡糸用口金(島数:12島/繊維)より単孔吐出量1.2g/minで吐出した。そして、紡糸速度が3700m/minとなるようにエジェクター圧力を調整し、平均繊度3.6デシテックスの長繊維をネット上に捕集して、スパンボンドシート(繊維ウェブ)を得た。そして、得られた繊維ウェブを総目付が528g/m2になるように、クロスラッピングして重ねて積重体を得、針折れ防止油剤をスプレーした。次に、バーブ数1個でニードル番手42番のニードル針、及びバーブ数6個でニードル番手42番のニードル針を用いて積重体を4189パンチ/cm2でニードルパンチ処理して絡合させることによりウェブ絡合シートを得た。ウェブ絡合シートの目付は635g/m2、層間剥離力は9.0kg/2.5cmであった。また、ニードルパンチ処理による面積収縮率は16.8%であった。
実施例8において、熱収縮処理されたウェブ絡合シートに含浸させるポリウレタンのDMF溶液の割合と種類とを表1に示したように変更した以外は実施例1と同様にしてスエード調人工皮革を得た。そして、スエード調人工皮革を上記評価方法に従って評価した。結果を表1に示す。
ポリエチレン(海成分)と、変性度6モル%のイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレ−ト(島成分)とを、海成分/島成分が50/50(質量比)となるように270℃で溶融複合紡糸用口金(島数:12島/繊維)より単孔吐出量1.2g/minで吐出した。そして、紡糸速度が3700m/minとなるようにエジェクター圧力を調整し、平均繊度3.6デシテックスの長繊維をネット上に捕集して、スパンボンドシート(繊維ウェブ)を得た。
比較例8において、熱収縮処理されたウェブ絡合シートに含浸させるポリウレタンのDMF溶液の割合と種類とを表1に示したように変更した以外は実施例1と同様にしてスエード調人工皮革を得た。そして、スエード調人工皮革を上記評価方法に従って評価した。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (8)
- 繊維の絡合体である不織布と前記不織布に付与された高分子弾性体とを含み、
少なくとも一面は、前記繊維を立毛させた立毛面であり、
前記高分子弾性体の100%モジュラス(A)と前記高分子弾性体の含有率(質量%)(B)とが、
B≧−1.8A+40,A>0、の関係式を満たし、
前記不織布の、JIS L 1096(6.17.5E法,マーチンデール法)に準じた、押圧荷重12kPa(gf/cm2)、摩耗回数2万回の摩耗減量(C)が45mg以下である立毛人工皮革。 - 4≦A≦15である請求項1に記載の立毛人工皮革。
- 13≦B≦50である請求項1または2に記載の立毛人工皮革。
- 前記高分子弾性体は溶剤系ポリウレタンである請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の立毛人工皮革。
- 前記不織布は、平均繊度0.05〜1.0dtexの極細繊維を含む請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の立毛人工皮革。
- 前記高分子弾性体の一部は、立毛された前記繊維の根元近傍に局所的に固着する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の立毛人工皮革。
- 前記繊維は、カーボンブラックを含有する請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の立毛人工皮革。
- JIS L 1096(6.17.5E法,マーチンデール法)に準じた、押圧荷重12kPa(gf/cm2)、摩耗回数5万回の摩耗減量が50mg以下であり、且つ、ソフトネステスターで測定されるソフトネスが3.5mm以上である請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の立毛人工皮革。
