Claims (10)
- 生体管腔内に挿入されて当該生体管腔内の物体を捕集するための医療デバイスであって、
長尺なシャフト部と、
複数の間隙を備えて弾性的に変形可能な筒体であり、かつ前記筒体の近位部および遠位部の少なくとも一方が前記シャフト部に連結されている拡張部と、を有し、
前記拡張部は、軸方向に沿って折り返した折り返し状態において、当該拡張部の径方向の外側の位置に近位側へ突出するリング状の折り返し部を有し、
前記拡張部の前記折り返し部から近位端までの第2の部位の軸方向の長さは、前記拡張部の前記折り返し部から遠位端までの第1の部位の軸方向の長さより短い医療デバイス。 - 前記第2の部位が前記第1の部位に対して近位側へ移動して前記第1の部位の内部から引き出された伸長状態において、前記第1の部位および前記第2の部位の形状が、軸直交断面に対して非面対称である請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記拡張部は、自然状態において前記折り返し状態となる請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1の部位および第2の部位は、折り返し状態において、接触せずに離れて位置する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記折り返し状態の前記第1の部位の内部から前記第2の部位の全体を引き出した時点の境界状態において、前記第2の部位に位置する前記線状体の軸心は、前記拡張部の軸方向から視た平面で変曲点を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記拡張部は、前記折り返し状態において、前記第1の部位に対する前記第2の部位の相対的な軸方向の位置を変更可能である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記伸長状態において、当該拡張部の最大外径を有する部位から遠位側端部までの長さが、当該拡張部の最大外径を有する部位から近位側端部までの長さよりも長い請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記伸長状態において、軸方向に対する前記第2の部位の最大傾斜角度が、軸方向に対する前記第1の部位の最大傾斜角度よりも大きい請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記折り返し状態において、前記第1の部位の遠位側へ向かって凸形状である部位の曲率半径は、前記第2の部位の遠位側へ向かって凸形状である部位の曲率半径よりも大きい請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の医療デバイスを使用して生体管腔内の物体を捕集するための処置方法であって、
前記拡張部を収容したシースを前記生体管腔内に挿入するステップと、
前記生体管腔内で前記拡張部を前記シースから押し出し、前記拡張部を自己の弾性力により拡張させて生体管腔組織に接触させるステップと、
前記拡張部を前記折り返し状態とするステップと、
前記生体管腔内の物体を前記拡張部により捕集するステップと、を有する処置方法。
