Claims (5)
- 壁面(1)に設けた取付孔(2)に差し込んで固定するアンカーボルト(40)であって、
ロッド(4)と、そのロッド(4)に連結しているテーパー部材(7)と、そのテーパー部材(7)に外嵌する三個または五個の当接部(12)とを有しており、
前記テーパー部材(7)は、その中心軸に直交する横断面が正三角形又は正五角形になるように形成していて、その正三角形又は正五角形の各辺の箇所に、基端側に向かうに従って当該テーパー部材(7)の中心軸に近づくように傾斜している三個または五個の傾斜面(10)をそれぞれ形成しており、
前記当接部(12)は、前記テーパー部材(7)の傾斜面(10)と同数だけ設けているとともに、基端側に向かうに従って前記テーパー部材(7)の中心軸に近づくように傾斜していて前記テーパー部材(7)の傾斜面(10)に当接可能な内面(11)を有しており、
前記テーパー部材(7)と前記当接部(12)とを先端側から前記取付孔(2)に差し込んだ状態で、前記テーパー部材(7)のみを前記取付孔(2)の開口側に移動させることにより、前記テーパー部材(7)の傾斜面(10)によって前記当接部(12)が前記取付孔(2)の内周面(2a)側に押されて、前記当接部(12)の外周面(15)が前記取付孔(2)の内周面(2a)に押し付けられて、前記当接部(12)が前記取付孔(2)に固定されることを特徴とするアンカーボルト(40)。 - 前記ロッド(4)の外周面には雄ねじ(3)を形成していて、そのロッド(4)の雄ねじ(3)を前記テーパー部材(7)の中心軸に沿って形成している雌ねじ(6)に螺合することで、前記ロッド(4)と前記テーパー部材(7)とを連結していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアンカーボルト(40)。
- 壁面(51)に設けた取付孔(52)に先端側から差し込んで固定するアンカーボルト(50)であって、
互いに近接している状態でロッド(54)に連結している少なくとも二個のテーパー部材(57a・57b)と、それらのテーパー部材(57a・57b)を一体として外嵌している拡開部材(58)とを有しており、
前記各テーパー部材(57a・57b)の外周面には、基端側に向かうに従って当該テーパー部材(57a・57b)の中心軸に近づくように傾斜している傾斜面(60)をそれぞれ形成しており、
前記拡開部材(58)は、前記テーパー部材(57a・57b)の傾斜面(60)に面接触可能な内面(61)を形成している複数個の当接部(62)と、それらの当接部(62)をつないでいる架橋部(63)とを有しており、
前記架橋部(63)は、前記テーパー部材(57a・57b)よりも前記アンカーボルト(50)の先端側に位置している本体部位(63a)と、その本体部位(63a)の周縁から前記各当接部(62)へ向けてそれぞれ延びていて、その自由端部に前記各当接部(62)の先端側をそれぞれつないでいる複数個の接続部位(63b・63c)とを有しており、
前記各テーパー部材(57a・57b)と前記拡開部材(58)とを前記取付孔(52)に差し込んだ状態で、前記各テーパー部材(57a・57b)を前記取付孔(52)の開口側に移動させることにより、前記各テーパー部材(57a・57b)の傾斜面(60)によって前記各当接部(62)が前記取付孔(52)の内周面(52a)側に押されて、前記各当接部(62)の外周面(65)が前記取付孔(52)の内周面(52a)に押し付けられて、前記当接部(62)が前記取付孔(52)に固定されることを特徴とするアンカーボルト(50)。 - 一のテーパー部材(57a)の傾斜面(60)に臨む前記当接部(62)と、その一のテーパー部材(57a)に隣接する別のテーパー部材(57b)の傾斜面(60)に臨む前記当接部(62)とが、前記アンカーボルト(50)の先端側から見て、前記テーパー部材(57a・57b)の周方向にずれるように配置していることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアンカーボルト(50)。
- 前記テーパー部材(57a・57b)の前記傾斜面(60)と、それに臨ませて配置している前記当接部(62)とをそれぞれ前記テーパー部材(57a・57b)ごとに三個または五個ずつ設けており、
前記各テーパー部材(57a・57b)の前記傾斜面(60)と、それに臨ませて配置している前記当接部(62)とを前記テーパー部材(57a・57b)の周方向に等間隔で配置しており、
前記アンカーボルト(50)の先端側から見て、一のテーパー部材(57a)の傾斜面(60)に臨む各当接部(62)の間に、その一のテーパー部材(57a)に隣接する別のテーパー部材(57b)の傾斜面(60)に臨む各当接部(62)をそれぞれ位置させていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のアンカーボルト(50)。
