Description
Claims (5)
- 案内装置の軌道レール(1)に設けられたボルト取付け孔(11)に対して閉塞キャップ(70)を打ち込むための治具(71)であって、
軸方向の一端に前記閉塞キャップ(70)の上面に当接する押圧部(75)を有し、他端に工具による打撃部(74a)を有する打ち込みピストン(73)と、
この打ち込みピストン(73)がスライドするシリンダ(72a)を有すると共に、前記シリンダ(72a)の一端側の開口部には前記軌道レール(1)の上部が遊嵌する案内溝(77)が該シリンダ(72a)の軸方向と直交して形成され、更に、この案内溝(77)の長手方向の一端には前記軌道レール(1)上に突出した閉塞キャップ(70)を前記シリンダ(72a)に受け入れるための受け入れ口(72b)が設けられたガイドホルダ(72)と、
から構成されることを特徴とする閉塞キャップの打ち込み治具。 - 前記ピストン(73)の押圧部(75)は前記閉塞キャップ(70)よりも大きな直径で形成され、しかも、押圧部(75)における閉塞キャップ(70)の当接面には前記ボルト取付け孔(11)の直径と略同一直径の環状溝(79)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の閉塞キャップの打ち込み治具。
- 前記ガイドホルダ(72)は軌道レール(1)の幅よりも大きい外径の円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の閉塞キャップの打ち込み治具。
- 前記打ち込みピストン(73)の押圧部(75)は交換自在であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の閉塞キャップの打ち込み治具。
- 前記受け入れ口(72b)はガイドホルダ(72)の軸方向の全長にわたって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の閉塞キャップの打ち込み治具。
