(Prior art) Various types of water distribution pipes are used for water distribution pipes, but asbestos cement pipes are widely used for simple water supply, etc. due to their low price and relatively high corrosion resistance. It has been. However, since it is weak against acidity and external force, it becomes necessary to replace it due to breakage or other reasons.

One-step methods for replacing water pipes include raising the buried pipes and burying new pipes, and leaving the existing pipes alone and burying new pipes.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The method of (1) raising the existing pipe and burying the new pipe requires excavation of the installation part, and consideration must be given to deformation of the surrounding ground and construction pollution. It won't happen.

In addition, as a means of burying new pipes without excavation work,
Construction methods called the seal construction method and the no spiral construction method are well known, but these construction methods are complicated and increase construction costs, and if the existing pipes are left unused and damaged, the gap between the pipes can cause road surface subsidence. It happens.

(Top Means to Solve the Problem) Therefore, the present invention is designed to renew the pipe using a very simple method without performing excavation work. That is, in the present invention, a pipe breaking device that advances while destroying the existing pipe is sent into an existing asbestos cement pipe, and a new pipe is pushed in following the device to lay the new pipe.

Therefore, vertical holes are drilled at appropriate intervals between the existing management facilities.
It is sufficient to replace each vertical hole with a new pipe, so there is no need to excavate a new pipe, and since the new pipe is laid at the location of the existing pipe, there is no change in the surrounding ground.

Vertical holes 2 and ends are drilled between the asbestos-cement pipes to be replaced at suitable buried locations in the existing water distribution pipeline 1, one hole 2 is equipped with a suppression device M3 consisting of a hydraulic cylinder 7, and the other hole is equipped with a suppression device M3 consisting of a hydraulic cylinder 7. A winch 4 is installed and a pipe breaking device 5 is sent into the water pipe WJl. The pipe breaking device 5 may have a breaking part 6 that becomes thinner or thicker, and for example, a conical body 8 that is moved back and forth by a hydraulic cylinder 7 is provided in the radial breaking part 6. Then, the guide rope 9 is passed through the water distribution pipe 1, and the pipe breaking device 5 is pushed into the water distribution pipe 1 through the vertical hole 2, and the ends of the guide rope 9 are tied together and pulled in. A newly installed pipe B of a cast pipe is connected to the pipe breaking device 5, and a hydraulic pipe 1O and a muddy water supply pipe 11 are connected to the pipe breaking device 5 through the inner space of the newly installed pipe B. Hydraulic oil is supplied to the pipe, and muddy water is spouted from behind the pipe breaking device. When the pipe breaking device M5 is pushed into the pipe line 1 and the hydraulic cylinder 7 is activated to make the crushing part 6 thicker, the old asbestos cement pipe A is destroyed. The pipe breaking device 5 is pulled by the guide rope 9 and pushed in by the suppressing device 3. This is repeated one after another, and the new pipe B is sent in sequentially following the pipe breaking device M5, and when the pipe breaking device 5 reaches the other vertical hole 2, the existing water distribution 7II 51 is completely replaced with the new pipe B. It is.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides a method for replacing existing water distribution pipes formed with asbestos cement pipes with new water pipes, while destroying the existing pipes and constructing new pipes with the same amount of water. New water distribution pipes have been constructed in a very simple manner without any excavation work and without causing ground deformation.
