[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a permeable basin that allows rainwater to permeate into the ground. Conventional permeable pits were made of permeable concrete with a high proportion of coarse aggregate in the form of slabs, or those with many holes in the side walls and bottom plate, but in the former case, concrete In the latter case, the strength of the reinforcing steel is weak and the reinforcing bars are prone to rust, and in the latter case, mud accumulates in the pit, reducing the infiltration effect.

The present invention solves these problems and is a water permeable basin characterized by having an opening in the concrete side wall and installing a filter filled with cotton-like synthetic fibers between the plastic nets facing the opening.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a permeable basin 1 is made of concrete and has a rectangular tube shape, with large openings 2 provided in each side wall. Two plastic nets 4, 4 are integrally embedded in the opening 2, facing inside and outside, and the space between these plastic nets 4, 4 is filled with cotton-like synthetic fibers 5, and the filter 3 is is forming. The plastic net 4 is for holding the cotton-like synthetic fibers 5, and the pitch of the mesh and the thickness of the lines are appropriately determined depending on the required strength, rigidity, etc. The type of plastic is not particularly limited, but polyethylene and polypropylene are suitable, for example. The cotton-like synthetic fiber 5 is used to prevent sand and mud from entering the pit, and to not prevent water from penetrating into the ground, and is made by gathering thin synthetic resin threads into a cotton-like structure. It is something that

In FIGS. 3 and 4, the permeable basin 11 is made of concrete and has a rectangular tube shape, and a rather small circular opening 12 is provided in the side wall. The opening 12 is formed to have a slightly larger diameter on the inside than on the outside, and a filter 13 is fitted from the inside.
The filter 13 has a similar shape to the opening 12, and is made by integrating opposing plastic nets 14, 14 with a plastic tube 16, and filling the inside with cotton-like synthetic fibers 15. When installing a filter, when the opening is large, the method of integrally embedding the end of the plastic mesh in the concrete as shown in Figure 2 is superior in terms of strength, but when the opening is small, the method shown in Figure 4 is better. As shown in Figure 2, if the plug is fitted in, it will be easier to clean or replace when it becomes clogged. Note that it is possible to freely provide a bottom plate to the basin of the present invention and to connect an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe, and the present invention is not limited to these configurations.

The permeable basin of this invention has excellent penetration effect and corrosion resistance, and the reinforcing bars in the concrete do not rust.
It is also easy to manufacture. Also, there is no accumulation of earth and sand inside the pit. The practical effects of this invention are great.
