このため、切削加工およびろう付作業に時間を要
するばかりでなく、その作業に熟練を必要とし、

材料とするダイカストで作られる。このロツク主
体2はその底面2′の前端部に爪3を設け、該爪
が相手の口金1′の中央部と直接係合するように
するか(第2図参照)、第3図示の如く相手の口
金1′の上面に形成した突起部4と係合するよう
にするか、あるいは第4図示の如く爪を設けるこ
となくロツク主体2の底面2′の中央部に窪み
3′を設け、該窪み3′が相手の口金1′の上面に
形成した突起部4と嵌合するようにする。5はロ
ツク主体2の底面2′の後端部の一側に沿つて形
成した平坦な凹部で、該凹部は底面2′よりも座
金6の板厚分だけ凹んでいる。そしてその平坦な
凹部5に、所定間隔をおいて2本の突起7を一体
的に設ける。6は平坦な凹部5からはみ出ないよ
うな形状の板状座金で、座金6は平面で横方向に
長い座金部6Aと、該座金部6Aの長手中央部で
直角方向へ伸びる縦板部6Bとで略T字形に形成
し、該座金部6Aには縦板部6Bの両側端面に沿
つて切溝9を座金部6Aの幅中央付近まで形成す
ると共に、縦板部6Bは前記切溝9の底と接する
根本から座金部6Aの広面と直交するように折曲
し、かつ縦板部6Bはその先端部が切溝9方向へ
戻るように中央から二つ折りして二つ折り突出片
10を座金部6Aと一体に形成する。しかして該
二つ折り突出片10には縦板部6Bを二つ折りし
た対向間に空間部11を形成すると共に、前記座
金部6Aには前記ロツク主体2の2本の突起7,
7と対応する位置に二つ穴8,8を開孔してる。
座金6は二つ穴8を2本の突起7に嵌めた後、該
突起を押潰してカシメ止めを行い、該座金6が前
記ロツク主体2の底面2′の一側に沿つて固定さ
れ、座金6表面とロツク主体2の底面2′とが面
一となるように装着される。ロツク主体2の口金
1中央部への取付けは、前記二つ折りの突出片1
0を挿入し得る切欠き穴13を該口金1の中央部
上面に形成し、該切欠き穴13に前記突出片10
を挿込んだ後、空間部11に針金12の扁平部1
2′を挿込んで該針金12の他端部をL字状に折
曲げた状態で、口金1の断面コ字型内に収納し、
口金1,1′を開くときに、ロツク主体2を後方
に押し倒すような状態で回動させるときに、該ロ
ツク主体2が針金12のバネ弾性に抗して回動
し、ロツク主体2から手を離すと元の位置に復帰

分に二つ折りの突出片を一体に形成し、該突出片
の二つ折り部分によつて形成された空間部に、扁
平な針金を挿通し得るようにしてなるハンドバツ
ク、袋物等の口金用ロツク摘みであるから、ロツ
ク主体の形成はダイカストにより一挙に製作さ
れ、切削加工が一切不要であり、かつ二つ折りの
突出片もその基部を従来のようにろう付けするこ
となくプレス加工により座金と一体に製作でき
る。その結果、口金用ロツク摘みは、ロツク主体
の底面に一体に形成した二つの突起に、対応する
二つ穴を備えた座金を挿込んでカシメ止めをする
だけで、該座金と一体的に形成された二つ折りの
突出片が堅牢強固な状態で所定の位置に確実かつ
正確に設置され、従従来のように突出片をろう付
けしていた場合に曲がつて取付けられるといつた
ことがなくなり、この面からも口金の開閉が確実
になされるという優れた効果を奏する。しかもダ
イカストとプレス加工により一挙に製作できるた
め、迅速で、かつ量産可能となり、大巾なコスト
の低減化が図れることゝなり、この種分野におけ

成すると共に、縦板部は切溝の底と接する根本か
ら座金部の広面と直交するように折曲し、かつ縦
板部はその先端部が切溝方向へ戻るように二つ折
りして二つ折り突出片を形成し、該二つ折り突出
片の二つ折り部分によつて形成された空間部に扁
平な針金を挿通し得るようにしてなるハンドバツ
