CRT display devices such as ammeters and analytical instruments have become indispensable in offices, homes, and factories. Along with this, the number of operators who come into close contact with CRTs for long periods of time is increasing, and in developed countries, occupational diseases of operators are increasingly being treated as a social problem. A common symptom of this occupational disease is fatigue of the optic nerve, and although the scientific cause and effect relationship has not been fully elucidated, the risk of adverse effects from exposure to electromagnetic waves, static electricity, ultraviolet rays, etc. must be taken into account.

。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since commonly used CRTs have a curved surface, when a flat CRT filter is attached, the display often appears blurred, especially in a part of the corner of the screen. The reality is that operators are inconvenienced by having to remove the CRT filter when working.

。Furthermore, conventionally proposed CRT filters require a special frame to be attached so that they can be removed.
CRT filters are also becoming increasingly expensive. Furthermore, when handling a CRT filter that is structured to be in close contact with the CR7 surface, extreme care must be taken not to damage the filter surface during the manufacturing process.

The CRT filter is one or both sides protected by a removable protective film. In this case, the CRT filter has openings that do not produce interference fringes with the CRT scanning cotton, or even if they do, interference fringes do not substantially cause afterimages, and the surfaces thereof are coated with metal and are made of a net and synthetic resin. A laminated sheet made of a manufactured sheet or film is preferable.

High nitrile resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, etc. are particularly preferred in terms of adhesion and moldability, and do not cause interference fringes between sheets or films made of these synthetic resins and CRT scanning lines. It is preferable to use a net having openings that do not substantially cause interference fringes even if they occur, and whose surface is coated with metal.

A polyvinyl chloride film coated with an acrylic adhesive (Struct Bond manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals) was temporarily attached to one side of the laminated sheet. Using this laminated sheet, a bezel 2 and a CR as shown in Fig. 1 are made using an aluminum mold.
A CRT filter to which the T filter 1 was integrally combined was obtained by air pressure molding.
