CRT display devices such as A-devices and analytical devices have become so widespread that they have become indispensable in offices, homes, and factories. Along with this, the number of operators who come into close contact with CRTs for long periods of time is increasing, and in developed countries, occupational diseases of operators are beginning to be taken up as a social problem. A common symptom of this occupational disease is optic nerve fatigue, and although the scientific cause and effect relationship has not been fully elucidated, consideration must be given to the risk of adverse effects from exposure to electromagnetic waves, static electricity, ultraviolet rays, etc.

。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since commonly used CRTs have a curved surface, when a flat CRT filter is attached, the display often appears blurred, especially in a part of the corner of the screen. The reality is that operators are inconvenienced by having to remove the CRT filter when working.

。(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the CRT filter according to the present invention has a shape that can accommodate the CRT tip portion and come into close contact with the CRT surface, and the CRT filter has a removable protective film. It is a CRT filter that is protected on one or both sides. In this case, the ta CRT filter does not produce interference fringes with the CRT scanning line, or even if interference fringes do occur, the interference fringes have openings that do not substantially cause afterimages, and are combined with a net whose surface is coated with metal. A laminated sheet made of a resin sheet or film is preferable.

High nitrile resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, etc. are particularly preferred in terms of adhesion and moldability, and do not cause interference fringes between sheets or films made of these synthetic resins and CRT scanning lines. It is preferable to use a net having openings that do not substantially cause interference fringes even if they occur, and whose surface is coated with metal.

Even though it is temporarily attached, it is required that there is no contamination caused by the masking film when it is peeled off, so the base material is polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene film, and the adhesive used in general adhesive tape is applied to this film. It is applied and then used. The adhesive is appropriately selected depending on the material of the CRT filter.

A polyvinyl chloride film coated with an acrylic adhesive (Structopon, manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Kagaku n) was temporarily attached to one side of the laminated sheet. Using this laminated sheet, a CRT filter as shown in FIG. 1(A) was obtained by air pressure molding using an aluminum mold.
