BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there have been known assembled swimming pools for use in kindergartens, homes, etc., which are constructed by connecting a plurality of FRP segments with bolts and nuts. This assembled pool is quite large; for example, the length, width, and height of each segment are approximately 3.5 m x 1.5 m x 65 cm, making it extremely difficult to connect them horizontally and closely. . Particularly, in the conventional product, a ground plate parallel to the bottom plate of each segment is formed at a distance below the bottom plate, that is, has a double structure, and the entire surface of this ground plate is grounded.
However, the surface on which the pool is placed, such as in a playground, is not horizontal and is quite uneven.
Have difficulty. In addition, in conventional products, facing downward or upward facing connecting flanges formed on the edge of each segment are screwed together using a large number of bolts and nuts. A loose insertion hole, that is, a blank hole, is drilled in the packing, and a bolt or nut is screwed through this loose insertion hole. Specifically, the bolts are loosely inserted into the large number of loose insertion holes, and the other segment is approached to these bolts and inserted through the loose insertion holes, but the bolts become loose and difficult to fit into the holes. Therefore, it is necessary to hold the bolt with one hand while inserting it into the hole and tightening the nut with the other hand, making it extremely difficult to make a horizontal and tight connection.

With conventional products where the ground plane extends all the way around, and where bolts must be inserted loosely, it is extremely difficult to connect each segment horizontally and tightly, and there are inevitably steps at the joints. The distance between the edges is not constant, and even if you fill it with a sealant such as silicone sealant, water will leak immediately.
The watertight effect is poor, and therefore the number of bolts and nuts must be increased, which requires a lot of time and effort for assembly.

First, stand the segment 1a so that the joining flange 5 is on top, insert the bolts 23 through each loose insertion hole 6, screw them into the screw holes 18, and tighten the nuts 2.
Tighten 6. At this time, as shown in the third figure, only the middle bolt 23 is connected to the other two bolts 23, 2.
Use a piece that is slightly longer than 3 by a distance l, and make it protrude slightly. After the segment 1a is placed, one side of the waterproof rubber strip 28 is pasted along the upper edge of the joining flange 5. All the joint flanges 5 are completed by the above operation.
Bolts 23 are horizontally fixed to the sides, and waterproof rubber strips 28 are attached to the sides, and all segments 1a,
1a', 1b... are grounded, and then one segment 1b is lifted low and the center loose insertion hole 8 is inserted into the center bolt 23 of the adjacent segment 1a, and then the loose insertion holes 8 on both sides are Bolts 23, 2 on both sides
3, the loose insertion holes 19 are inserted into each bolt 23, and the joining flange 7 is placed on the protrusion 5'. Here, since the height of the joint flange 7 is shorter than the joint flange 5 by the thickness of the protrusion 5', each bottom plate 2, 2
are at the same height. Next, insert the spacer 24 through the working hole 9, insert it onto the bolt 23, insert the nut 25 in the same way, and screw it onto the bolt 23. Next, the bolts 27 are inserted into the loose insertion holes 20, 6', 8', and 21, and screwed onto the nuts 22. Connect the joints of all the segments in the same manner, and then tighten all the nuts 25 and bolts 27 again, and screw the sealing lid 15 into the screw hole 13. The stationary outside step 41 and the built-in outside step 4 shown in the first diagram are attached to the pool installed as described above.
3 is to be attached. When the pool is not in use, each segment is disassembled and stored in stacks.

In this way, this invention integrally forms a joining flange with an L-shaped cross section from one end edge of adjacent segments, and from the other end edge, the joining flange is shorter than the joining flange by the wall thickness of the protruding part of the joining flange. Since the height joint flange is integrally formed, unlike the conventional product which had full surface contact with the installation place, it is in almost line contact, so the ground contact area is small, and even if the installation place is uneven, there is only slight contact with the ground. Each segment can be placed horizontally by leveling only the part, and in this way, the horizontal state can be achieved by fixing the angle to the back of the bottom plate, and since the angle is a right angle, even if manufacturing Or, even if the joining flange is tilted due to stacking during disassembly, the holes for bolt mounting on the angles will always be horizontal, and in particular the screw holes will be provided on one angle, so before joining both segments The bolts are fixed horizontally, and as a result, the horizontal free insertion holes are extrapolated to the horizontally fixed bolts, so all the bottom plates are always joined horizontally without any steps, and from the plane. As you can see, the gap distance between the joint edges is constant, and since a waterproof rubber strip is inserted into this gap and tightened with a nut via a spacer, a small number of bolts and nuts are sufficient to maintain watertightness. Furthermore, since a working hole is provided in the bottom plate of the segment and along the joint edge, the work of inserting a spacer onto a bolt or screwing a nut onto a bolt does not have to be done from below the bottom plate.
Can be easily worked through the hole from above,
This working hole is equipped with a sealing cover that can be fitted and removed freely.
Water does not leak when the pool is used, and it can be removed and drained after use.In addition to the connection means described above, connection means are provided at both ends of each joint flange and at the sides of both ends of the bottom plate of each joint flange. The connection is complete because each joining flange is tightened with bolts and nuts. Furthermore, since one joint flange is placed on the protruding part of the other joint flange, even if the bottom plate is pressurized from above, it can be received by the protruding part rather than by the bolts, resulting in high robustness. Therefore, the threading distance of the nut is short and the work is easy. In addition, since the conventional products mentioned above cannot be connected horizontally and closely, the length, width, and height of one segment are
In the case of 3.5m x 1.5m x 65cm, on the adjacent engaging edge
51 pairs of bolts and nuts were required, but in this example, they were of almost the same type, but as in the previous example, three each on the bottom plate side, one on each end, and one on the top bench. 7 bolts
With the waterproof rubber strip, there is no water leakage at all.
This confirmed that the segment itself was also robust.

As mentioned above, this invention allows reliable connection with a very small number of bolts and nuts, and allows for extremely quick and easy assembly.
