For prefabricated liquid storage tanks in which side walls, ceilings, etc. are constructed by connecting a plurality of unit panels with joint edges around the four circumferences of a right-angled quadrilateral, the joint edges of the unit panels are connected to each other to form side walls, ceilings, etc., and are installed in the basement of a building, etc. In this case, it has been known that a part of the ceiling is made low to avoid obstacles such as existing beams and pipes. However, with conventional products, the joint edges of the unit panels face downward and the ceiling of the low part is constructed simply by joining the joint edges together, so if the liquid level in the tank is higher than the ceiling of the low part. There were cases where water leaked from the joints of the unit panels. In addition, prefabricated liquid storage tanks have been provided in which the joint edges of the unit panels face upward and are joined together to form the ceiling of a low part, but this prevents water leakage from the joints of the unit panels to some extent. However, it is unhygienic because rainwater, cleaning water, dust, etc. accumulate on the ceiling, and it is particularly unsuitable as a drinking water storage tank.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and by forming the ceiling by joining the unit panels with their joint edges facing downward, it prevents rainwater and dust from accumulating on the ceiling. This is a hygienic, prefabricated liquid storage system that prevents water leakage and prevents deformation or destruction of the ceiling by fixing and reinforcing the top plate on the top surface of the connecting parts of the unit panels that make up the ceiling of the low section. It provides a tank.

The present invention combines a plurality of unit panels having joint edges around the four peripheries of a right-angled quadrilateral, and connects those joint edges.
In a prefabricated liquid storage tank configured with a stepped ceiling, unit panels are connected to each other with their joining edges facing downward to form the ceiling, and at least the unit panels that form the ceiling of a lower portion are joined together. A prefabricated liquid storage device characterized in that a number of plates having a length approximately equal to one side of a unit panel are brought into contact with the upper surface of the part to cover the entire joint of the unit panels, and the plates are fixed to an adjacent unit panel. It's a tank.

A ceiling C is constructed by sequentially joining a plurality of unit panels 1. The unit panel 1 is a right angled quadrilateral and has joining edges 2 standing upright on its four peripheries,
The joint edges 2 of adjacent unit panels 1 are joined together to form a ceiling C having a step between a high part of the ceiling H, a ceiling side wall S, and a low part of the ceiling L. This high part of the ceiling H and the low part of the ceiling L
The unit panels 1 are connected to each other in a watertight manner with the joining edges 2 facing downward. With this configuration, rainwater, dust, etc. do not accumulate on the ceiling C. Although FIG. 1 shows an example in which the joint edges 2 of the unit panels 1 constituting the ceiling side wall S face outward, the unit panels may be joined with the joint edges facing inward. As shown in FIG. 2, among the high ceiling H and the low ceiling L,
A contact plate 3 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the joint part of the unit panel 1 constituting at least the ceiling L in the lower part, and the corresponding plate 3 is fixed to the adjacent unit panel 1. The contact plate 3 has a flat plate shape with a length approximately equal to one side of the unit panel 1, and a large number of contact plates 3 contact the upper surface of the entire joint part of the unit panel 1 including the cross-shaped joint part, spanning adjacent unit panels 1. It covers the entire joint part of the unit panel 1 and is fixed with bolts 4. If the length of the backing plate 3 is made approximately equal to one side of the unit panel in this way, the number of types of backing plates to be prepared does not increase. Fig. 3 shows a case in which a backing plate 3 bent to match the cross-sectional shape of the unit panel 1 is fixed. In both of these cases, a packing 5 is interposed between the unit panel 1 and the backing plate 3. Furthermore, it is preferable to apply caulking 6 because the water-stopping performance is further improved. Further, it is preferable to use bolts 4 coated with rubber, plastic, etc. in order to prevent corrosion and improve water-stopping properties.

As described above, in the present invention, the joining edges 2 of the unit panels 1 are directed downward and are connected to each other to form a stepped ceiling C, so that the joining edges 2 of the unit panels 1 protrude from the upper surface of the ceiling C. Since there is no rainwater, cleaning water, dust, etc. In addition, since the contact plate 3 is fixed to the upper surface of the connecting part of the unit panels 1 that constitute at least the ceiling L in the lower part, the unit panels 1 are connected to each other in a watertight and strong manner. , the ceiling L is reinforced with the backing plate 3.

According to the present invention, the joint edges of the unit panels do not protrude from the upper surface of the ceiling, and rainwater, cleaning water, dust, etc. do not accumulate there, making it extremely hygienic and particularly suitable as a drinking water storage tank. It is. In addition, since the unit panels that make up the ceiling of the low part are connected watertightly and firmly, and at the same time the ceiling is reinforced, even if the liquid level in the tank becomes higher than the ceiling of the low part, However, it has many advantages as a prefabricated liquid storage tank, such as not causing water leakage and not being deformed or destroyed by water pressure.
