の美容を行う遠赤外線ヒータであつて、前部に送
風口が設けられたケース内に、送風するためのフ
アンと、このフアンを駆動するための電動機と、
上記フアンの前方に設けられ上記送風を加熱する
ヒータと、このヒータの前方に設けられ上記ヒー
タによる熱を吸収しこれを遠赤外線に変換する小
孔付パネルと、この小孔付パネルの前方に設けら
れ加熱されることにより内部に貯蔵された液体を
蒸発させて水蒸気として外部に放出するスチーム
タンクと、このスチームタンクを加熱するための
スチームヒータとをそれぞれ配設し、上記電動機
を駆動させることにより、上記送風口から外部に
向かつて水分を含む温風とともに遠赤外線を放散
できることを特徴とする遠赤外線ヒータ。 (2) 上記ヒータが、複数個の発熱用半導体素子
から構成され、この半導体素子間に上記送風の流
路が並設されてハーモニカ状になつている実用新
