金型が複雑となり、後工程も必要になり、しかも隣接の
ものとの拘わりにおいてその商品形状が限定され、市場

も打ち抜き金型にする必要がなく、金型を簡素化するこ
とができ、しかも所定形状に切断成形された成形品はそ
の周部の耳部を除去して間隔を隔てて養生するから、養
生中にクツツクや割れ等を生じさせることもないように

Aとしては、略S字刃にて形成され6る曲線状切断線B
に対して180°の回転対称となるように2枚の平板瓦
り、Dが形成される形状である。そしてこの曲線状切断
線Bにおいては、第1図(b)のように、曲線状切断線
Bの溝底部Eは連なっていて、養生硬化後において溝底
部Eにおいて切断分離することができるようにしである
。そして所定形状Aの周部に養生前に除去される耳部2
を形成してプレス切断成形し、未乾燥未硬化状態の耳部
2を除去し、所定形状A・・・を間隔を隔ててパレット
