傾斜せしめている。このプレス刃3の外側傾斜面5の角
度として特定の角度を選択しているのは実験の結果によ
る。プレス刃3の外周鍔面6はプレス面2より低く形成
されている。このプレス型Aでグリーンシートをプレス
すると第3図に示す如く、凹凸模様7がプレス面2によ
り形成されると同時にプレス刃3により切断部8が形成
され切断される。9は耳部である。このプレス刃3によ
るグリーンシートが押圧切断され、製品10が切り取られ
た際、製品10にはフクレ、バリ等が発生し難いものであ
る。即ち、プレス刃3が特定の形状をしているために耳
部9に材料が逃げ、逃げ部11となって発生し製品10側に
フクレ、バリ等が発生しないものである。耳部9の上面
12は製品10の上面より高い位置になっている。理由はプ
レス刃3の外周鍔面6がプレス面2より低く形成されて
いるために製品10の部分には大きな圧力がかかり耳部9
には小さな圧力がかかる為、材料が耳部9に逃げること
ができ製品10を精度良く切断でき、切断後の寸法変化も
小さいものである。特に、プレス刃3の内側面4がプレ
ス面2に対してほぼ直角に形成されていることで、製品
10の外周部分が必要以上に圧縮されず該外周部分が高密
度となることなく、しか、同プレス刃3が全周にわたっ
て囲むように設けられていることで、余分な材料が全周
から均等に逃がされ、製品10全体が均一な密度に圧縮さ

等に逃がされ、製品全体が均一な密度に圧縮されてその
