[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a water-in-oil type (w/o type) emulsified cosmetic. [Prior art] Water-in-oil type (w/o type) emulsified cosmetics create an oily thin film that does not easily allow water to permeate and evaporate when applied to the skin. It is excellent. However, in the case of conventional products, a general emulsifier is used to simply form a w/o type emulsion, so if the water content is increased, the emulsion becomes unstable. Therefore, from the viewpoint of storage stability, it is necessary to reduce the water content and increase the amount of oil phase, and as a result, the resulting cosmetic has the disadvantage of a sticky feel, making it difficult to put it to practical use as a cosmetic. It was extremely inferior in nature. [Objective] An object of the present invention is to provide a w/o type cosmetic that, unlike conventional w/o type emulsified cosmetics, provides a good feeling when used and has excellent storage stability. [Structure] According to the present invention, a w/o type emulsified cosmetic in which water droplets are emulsified and dispersed in an oily base is formed, and the cosmetic contains a nonionic surfactant or surfactant with an HLB of 7 to 15 as an emulsifier. Contains an activator composition and, as an emulsification aid, a water-soluble salt of a higher fatty acid and a carbon number of 3 to 3.
Contains 6 water-soluble salts of oxycarboxylic acids or pyrrolidone carboxylic acids, and has a water content of 60 to 95% by weight
A w/o type emulsified cosmetic is provided. The emulsifier used in the present invention is a nonionic surfactant or a surfactant composition, and its HLB is in the range of 7 to 15 when used alone or in combination of two or more. Examples of such substances include polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, esters of polyhydric alcohols and fatty acids such as glycerin, sorbitol, and pentaerythritol, polyoxyethylene castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil derivatives, and polyoxyethylene Includes ethylene alkyl ether amino acid derivatives, etc. If the HLB of the surfactant or surfactant composition is lower than 7, the storage stability of the cosmetic will decrease,
On the other hand, when it exceeds 15, the obtained cosmetic becomes an oil-in-water type emulsion, which is not preferable.
In addition, the surfactant or surfactant composition of HLB 7 to 15 in the present invention may be composed of a single surfactant or a combination of two or more kinds to adjust the overall HLB to a range of 7 to 15. You can get it.
Such surfactants or surfactant compositions include:
In cosmetics, it is 1 to 8% by weight, preferably 1 to 3% by weight. If the content of the surfactant or surfactant composition is too low, the storage stability of the cosmetic will deteriorate, while if it is too large, the resulting cosmetic will be in the form of oil-in-water droplets, so this is not preferred. do not have. The water-soluble salt of higher fatty acid used as an emulsifying agent for the surfactant or surfactant composition in the present invention is composed of a higher fatty acid component and an alkaline component that forms a water-soluble salt, and in this case, Higher fatty acid components generally have 10 carbon atoms.
~22, preferably 16 to 18 saturated or unsaturated straight or branched chains, such as capric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid,
Examples include linoleic acid, isopalmitic acid, isostearic acid, and the like. These higher fatty acid components may be used alone or in the form of a mixture. On the other hand, alkaline components that form water-soluble salts include alkali metal components such as sodium and potassium, water-soluble organic amine components such as triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine, and these alkaline components may be used alone or in mixtures. used in the form of
In the present invention, the higher fatty acid component and the alkaline component can be added in the form of a salt that has been reacted in advance, or the fatty acid component and the alkaline component can be added in the form of a salt that has been reacted with each other in advance. It is also possible to form a higher fatty acid salt by separately blending them into an oil phase and an aqueous phase and reacting them during emulsion production. The amount of higher fatty acid salts contained in cosmetics is usually 0.5 to 10% by weight, preferably 1.5 to 4% by weight; if the amount is too small, the storage stability of the cosmetics will decrease. There is a tendency,
On the other hand, if the amount is too large, the storage stability of the cosmetic will deteriorate and the feel on the skin will also be poor, which is not preferable. In the present invention, a water-soluble salt of oxycarboxylic acid or pyrrolidone carboxylic acid having 3 to 6 carbon atoms is further used as an emulsification aid. Examples of the carboxylic acid component of such a water-soluble salt include oxycarboxylic acids such as lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, and citric acid, as well as pyrrolidone carboxylic acid. Examples of salts include alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts, aluminum salts, and the like. The amount of the water-soluble carboxylic acid salt in the cosmetic is 1 to 20% by weight, preferably 1 to 10% by weight. If this amount is too small, the resulting cosmetic will be oil-in-water type. On the other hand, if the amount is too large, the storage stability of the cosmetic will decrease, which is not preferable. The above used as an essential component in the present invention
Surfactants or surfactant compositions of HLB 7 to 15 and water-soluble salts of higher fatty acids are components commonly used in the production of o/w type emulsified cosmetics, but the combination of these ingredients In this case, it is not possible to obtain the w/o type emulsified cosmetic that is the object of the present invention. In the case of the present invention, by further adding a water-soluble carboxylic acid salt selected from oxycarboxylic acids having 3 to 6 carbon atoms or pyrrolidone carboxylic acids, it is possible to increase the water content in cosmetics and to preserve the cosmetics. A w/o type emulsified cosmetic with good stability can be obtained. As the oily base used for forming the oil phase in the present invention, those commonly used in conventional cosmetics are used, such as squalane, liquid paraffin, paraffin wax, etc. Hydrocarbons; Waxes such as spermaceti wax and beeswax; Natural animal and vegetable oils such as lanolin, olive oil, mink oil, and jojoba oil; Higher alcohols such as cetanol and stearyl alcohol; Isopropyl myristic acid, isopropyl palmitic acid, etc. In addition to esters, silicone oil and the like can be mentioned. These oily bases may be used alone or in the form of a mixture of two or more, and the blending amount in the cosmetic is 5 to 38% by weight, preferably 5 to 20% by weight. In the present invention, the water content in the cosmetic can be increased, generally 60-95% by weight, preferably
It is recommended that the content be 80-95% by weight. If the water content is less than 60% by weight, the emulsion will have a strong oily feel and will feel sticky when applied to the skin, which is undesirable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 95% by weight, the emulsion will have poor stability. This is not desirable. In addition to the above-mentioned ingredients, the w/o type emulsified cosmetic of the present invention may contain other cosmetic ingredients, such as viscosity modifiers, humectants, medicinal agents, preservatives, fragrances, pigments, etc., depending on the purpose of the product. can be blended. in this case,
As the viscosity modifier, for example, polymeric substances such as hydroxyethylcellulose, cationized cellulose, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, carboxyvinyl polymer, polyvinyl alcohol, xanthan gum, and gelatin are used, and as the humectant, glycerin, propylene glycol, dichloromethane, and the like are used. Propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, sorbitol, etc. are used,
As effective agents, various vitamins, bactericides, anti-inflammatory agents, etc. are used, and as preservatives, methyl, ethyl, propyl or butyl ester of paraoxybenzoic acid, benzoic acid or its salt, sorbic acid or its sodium salt are used. etc. are used. The cosmetic of the present invention can be produced according to a conventionally known method, for example, using a mixture obtained by mixing the above-mentioned surfactant or surfactant composition, an oily base, and a higher fatty acid salt in advance. , a mixture of water, a water-soluble carboxylate, an alkaline component that reacts with higher fatty acids to form a water-soluble salt, and water.
All you have to do is heat it to about 80℃ and gradually add it to emulsify it. [Effect] Since the cosmetic of the present invention is composed of a stable w/o emulsion, it has the excellent effect of preventing skin roughness, which is inherent to cosmetics. It has been significantly improved in terms of texture and non-sticky feel. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Note that all parts and percentages shown below are based on weight. Example 1 (1) Stearic acid 2 parts (2) Setanol 4 (3) Liquid paraffin 8 parts (4) Polyoxyethylene stearate (number of moles of EO added = 10, HLB = 11.0) 1.5 parts (5) Poly Oxyethylene stearate (number of moles of EO added = 2, HLB = 4.0) 0.5 parts (6) Triethanolamine 1 (7) Sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate 3 (8) Flavoring, preservative appropriate amount (9) Water 81.5 To the homogeneous mixture of components (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5), the mixture of components (6), (7), (8) and (9) was heated at 70°C. A w/o type emulsified cosmetic was obtained by gradually adding the heated material and emulsifying it. Note that the HLB of the surfactant composition consisting of the combination of components (4) and (5) is 9.3. Example 2 (1) Isostearic acid 2 parts (2) Stearyl alcohol 5〃 (3) Liquid paraffin 10〃 (4) Polyoxyethylene stearate (number of moles of EO added = 8, HLB = 10) 1.5 parts (5) Polyoxyethylene stearate (number of moles of EO added = 2, HLB = 4.0) 0.5 parts (6) Glyceryl monostearate (HLB = 4.0) 0.3〃 (7) Triethanolamine 1〃 (8) Sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate 3 (9) Flavors, preservatives Appropriate amount (10) Water 76〃 Add the mixture of ingredients (7) to (10) heated to about 70℃ to the homogeneous mixture of ingredients (1) to (6) above. Add gradually;
By emulsifying, a w/o type emulsified cosmetic was obtained. Incidentally, the HIB of the surfactant composition consisting of the combination of components (4) and (5) is 8.5. Example 3 (1) Palmitic acid 2 parts (2) Setanol 4 (3) Liquid paraffin 8 (4) Polyoxyethylene stearate (number of moles of EO added = 10, HLB = 11.0) 1.5 parts (5) Poly Oxyethylene stearate (number of moles of EO added = 2, HLB = 4.0) 0.3 parts (6) Glyceryl monostearate 0.2〃 (7) Triethanolamine 1 part (8) Sodium lactate 3〃 (9) Flavoring, preservative Appropriate amount (10) Water 79〃 Gradually add the mixture of ingredients (7) to (10) heated to about 70°C to the mixture of ingredients (1) to (6) above and emulsify. A w/o type emulsified cosmetic was obtained. Note that the HLB of the surfactant composition consisting of the combination of components (4) and (5) is 8.9. Comparative Example 1 An emulsified cosmetic was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that component (6) triethanolamine was not used. Comparative Example 2 An emulsified cosmetic was obtained in the same manner as in Example 3, except that component (4) was not used. Comparative Example 3 In Example 1, polyoxyethylene stearate (EO) was used instead of component (4) and component (5).
An emulsified cosmetic was obtained in the same manner except that 2 parts (number of moles added = 50, HLB = 18.0) was used. Comparative Example 4 An emulsified cosmetic was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that component (8) (sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate) was not used. Next, for each of the emulsified cosmetics obtained above, the type of emulsion, storage stability, and feeling of use (moist feeling, non-sticky feeling, oily feeling) were investigated. The results are shown in Table-1. In this case, the type of emulsion is determined by measuring the electrical conductivity.
Storage stability was determined by examining the state of separation of the cosmetic after storage at 45°C for 3 weeks. The feeling of use was evaluated by 20 women, and Table 1 shows the number of people who rated it as good.
