ボンディングを行うとき絶縁ワイヤ2の絶縁物2aを確
実に溶解又は蒸発することができて接合面に炭化物を付
着させることがない。したがって、ボンディングが最良
の状態にできて、例えば半導体製品の品質向上および製

溶解又は蒸発させてボンディングを行うことを特徴とす
