A writing unit 6 is provided within the outer case 1 so as to be movable between a writing position (see FIG. 1) and a storage position (see FIG. 9). The case 7 of this writing unit 6 consists of a shaft 10 equipped with a tail plug 8 at the rear end, and a base 11 having an air circulation hole (not shown).
A cap 11 is slidably fitted to the tip of the shaft 10, and a protrusion 12 protruding inside the cap 11 is attached to the shaft 1.
They are located in a recess 13 formed at 0 and are prevented from coming off from each other. An O-ring 14 is interposed between the fitting portion of the shaft 10 and the base 11 to provide a seal. The pen core 15 is formed by processing a fiber bundle with resin so that ink can flow therethrough, and is inserted into and fixed in the holding tube 16. The holding cylinder 16 has its base side fixed into a hole 10a at the tip of the shaft 10 of the case 7 by means such as press fitting, and the rear end 15a of the pen core 15 is housed in the ink storage body 17 inside the shaft 10.
is inserted into. Therefore, the writing tip of the pen core 15 can move into and out of the writing position and the storage position with respect to the base 11 by sliding the shaft 10 and the base 11 relative to each other. A compression spring 18 is interposed between the base 11 and the shaft 10, and the elasticity of the compression spring 18 urges the pen core 15 toward the storage side.

As shown in FIG. 4, a fan-shaped positioning projection 43 is provided on the inside of the cam cylinder 28, and a fan-shaped positioning projection 44 is also provided on the outside of the guide 35. Both end surfaces 44a and 44b can rotate at an angle that selectively engages both end surfaces 43a and 43b of the positioning projection 43 of the cam cylinder 28. This rotation angle is set to approximately 180 degrees so that the driven protrusion 25 of the sliding piece 20 can be guided by the cam surface 32 of the cam cylinder 28 and selectively engaged with the notches 33 and 34. . A leaf spring 50 is installed inside the tip of the cam cylinder 28.
An annular portion 51 connected to the base of the writing unit 6 is fixed by press-fitting, and a leaf spring 50 is interposed between the inner surface of the tip shaft 3 and the shaft 10 of the writing unit 6, and the elasticity of the leaf spring 50 causes the writing unit to 6 can be biased so as to bend around the connecting portion 29 with the sliding piece 20 in the storage position.

A seal wall 45 is integrally provided inside the tip of the front shaft 3 of the outer case 1. As is clear from FIGS. 1, 5, 9, and 10, this sealing wall 45 is continuous with an axial guide surface 46, the rear end of this guide surface 46, and crosses the guide surface 46. Seal surface 47 and protrusions 4 on both sides of this seal surface 47
It consists of 8. The guide surface 46 is formed in an arc shape in cross section so as to guide the movement of the base 11 of the writing unit 6 in the axial direction, and the seal surface 47 is connected to the sliding piece 20 by the elasticity of the leaf spring 50 in the storage position as described above. The tip of the mouthpiece 11 of the writing unit 6 which is bent around the connecting portion 29 of the writing unit 6 is formed so as to come into contact with it, and the protrusions 48 on both sides of the sealing surface 47 allow the sealed writing unit 6 to detach in the circumferential direction of the outer case 1. It is set up so that it does not.

4, the driven projection 25 of the sliding piece 20 is now engaged with the notch 33 of the cam cylinder 28, and the end surface 44 of the positioning projection 44 of the guide 35
a is the end surface 43 of the positioning projection 43 of the cam cylinder 28
a, the tip of the cap 11 of the writing unit 6 comes into contact with the inside of the tip of the tip shaft 3, and the writing unit 6
It is assumed that the writing tip of is advanced to the writing position through the opening 2 of the tip shaft 3. When the rear shaft 5 and guide 35 are rotated clockwise in FIG. 4 from this state,
The sliding piece 20 and the writing unit 6 rotate together,
The driven protrusion 25 of the sliding piece 20 separates from the notch 33, and due to the elasticity of the compression spring 42, the driven protrusion 25
is guided by the cam surface 32, and the sliding piece 20 and writing unit 6 retreat. As the writing unit 6 moves backward, the cap 11 separates from the inner surface of the tip of the tip shaft 3. Due to the elasticity of the compression spring 18, the cap 11 moves forward with respect to the shaft 10, and the writing tip of the pen core 15 moves inside the cap 11. It will be stored. Rear shaft 5 and guide 35
rotates approximately 180 degrees, and when the end surface 44b of the positioning projection 44 of the guide 35 comes into contact with the end surface 43b of the positioning projection 43 of the cam cylinder 28, the driven projection 25 of the sliding piece 20 engages with the notch 34. At the same time, the writing unit 6 bends around the connecting portion 29 with the sliding piece 20 due to the elasticity of the leaf spring 50, and the tip of the cap 11 comes off the guide surface 46 and touches the sealing surface 4.
7. Therefore, the writing unit 6 can be housed in the outer case 1 and the pen core 15 can be sealed. On the contrary, the rear shaft 5 and guide 3
5 rotates, the sliding piece 20 and writing unit 6 rotate together, and the driven protrusion 2 of the sliding piece 20 rotates.
5 is removed from the notch 34, and the writing unit 6 is removed.
The tip of the cap 11 climbs over the protrusion 48 and separates from the sealing surface 47. After detachment, the driven protrusion 25 is guided by the cam surface 32, and the sliding piece 20 and writing unit 6 move forward while rotating against the elasticity of the compression spring 42. As the writing unit 6 moves forward, its cap 11 is guided by the inner surface of the tapered end of the tip shaft 3, and returns to a straight line centering on the connecting portion 29 with the sliding piece 20, so that the tip of the cap 11 is aligned with the tip shaft. When they come into contact with the inner surface of the tip of the shaft 3, the shaft 10, the holding cylinder 16, and the pen core 15 move forward against the elasticity of the compression spring 18, and the writing tip thereof protrudes from the opening 2 of the tip shaft 3. Therefore, it is possible to perform writing tasks.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, a writing unit equipped with a pen core that guides ink in an ink storage body to a writing tip can be advanced to a writing position or retreated to a storage position, and moreover, When storing the unit, the pen core can be stored in the cap of the writing unit, and the tip of the cap can be brought into contact with the sealing surface of the outer case. Therefore, there are advantages such as being able to prevent ink from drying up without requiring troublesome operations such as the conventional cap insertion/removal operations.
