Abstract

PURPOSE:To always send out a voice to a subscriber's circuit from the head of a talkie by reading out a voice data from a ROM in which the voice data has been stored, when it is instructed to send out a talkie sound to the subscriber's circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an output of a talkie sound is instructed to a telephone from a central control equipment 2, an address of a voice data which has been stored in a data ROM3 is set to each address counter 41-4n, respectively, by an address setting circuit 5, at every channel for sending out a voice data of each talkie sound. Subsequently, a load timing is given like a time division to the counters 41-4n from a load timing generating circuit 6, and an address signal of each channel is sent out successively to the ROM3. From the ROM3, a voice data of each channel is outputted in parallel, send out to a highway 9 through a shift register 7, passes through a serial-parallel converting circuit 8 and sent out to the respective telephone sets 10.

According to this invention, it is possible to supply the same talkie tone almost simultaneously to multiple telephones, but it is possible to supply the same talkie tone to multiple telephones at the same time. Assigning a network to a network reduces the number of lines to which telephones and other miscellaneous trunk circuits are connected, leading to a decline in the functionality of the exchange.

(g) Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides cueing by specifying the address of audio data. By having an address counter as a WM, it is possible to output multiple talkie tones within the number of address counters (including the same talkie tone) from among many types of talkie tones at almost the same time. You can do it either way. Furthermore, since the number of lines used can be smaller than the number of types of talkies, the number of lines to which telephones and other trunk circuits are connected is not significantly reduced.
