Abstract
PURPOSE:To collect light at intensity distribution which does not extend at the end and to prevent degradation of quality at high power output by obtaining laser beam with a laser resonator consisting of an enlargement mirror where the central part is partially reflective and the periphery part is non-reflective and total-reflection convergence mirror. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 9 which was enlarged and reflected partially by a partial reflection film 80 at the center of an enlargement mirror 8 is converted into parallel beam by an total-reflection mirror 7 and is reflected on the mirror 8. The central part is partially available externally as a laser beam 10 through a partial reflection film 80 and the periphery part is entirely available externally as a laser beam 11 through a non-reflective film 60. Both is synthesized and is available externally as a solid laser beam 12. It allows laser output to be focused for example within the coloring matter cell efficiently without increasing the central intensity at the focus and allows for a large output without degrading the quality of laser beam since the intensity within the laser resonator was lowered.
