Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the inflow and sticking of gases of fats and oils or the like vaporized in a washing chamber into a thermal insulation material side and backflow again thereof by evacuating the inside of an inside cylinder while making the pressures in and out of this catalyst approximately equal at all times in an evacuation process, thereby washing a work. CONSTITUTION: After the work W is fed into the washing chamber 5 segmented by the inside cylinder 4 disposed on the inner side of an outer cylinder 2, the work W is heated by a heater 12 in a heater protective pipe 11 and the evacuation is executed by vacuum pumps 26, 27 and 36, by which the deposits, such as fats and oils, sticking to the wash are vaporized and are sucked and discharged outside and the work W is washed. At this time, the work W is washed by executing the evacuation while the pressures in and out of the inside cylinder 4 are made approximately equal in the evacuation process. Consequently, the possibility of the inflow and sticking of the gases of the fats and oils or the like vaporized in the washing chamber 5 into the thermal insulation material 8 side and the backflow again thereof is entirely eliminated. Then, the vacuum degree in the washing chamber is made to a high vacuum degree in a short period of time and the washing of the high-grade work by the high vacuum is made possible.
