Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a titanium film having coarse prismatic structure, to impregnate a capacitor element with paste up to details and to obtain an aluminum electrolytic capacitor having large capacitance by using an aluminum foil, in which the angle of evaporation is formed to the evaporating surface of an aluminum substrate and a titanium film is evaporated, as a cathode foil. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor element in which an aluminum cathode foil, in which the angle of evaporation theta is shaped to an aluminum foil substrate 4 and titanium is evaporated, and an anode foil are wound through a separator is impregnated with an electrolytic solution for drive.
