It is swingably supported by 2. A device hole 33 that communicates with the discharge hole 37 of the on-off valve 23 and the center hole 38 of the head body 30 is formed on the other side of the split groove 29 of the body 18, and a metal screw body 34 is screwed into this device hole 33. A ring-shaped seal 36 is pressed against the side surface of the head body 30 via a spring 35 to prevent paint from leaking from the joint surface, and a small-diameter nozzle hole is provided at the tip of the head body 30. A nozzle tip 40 having a number 39 formed therein is attached by a retainer 42 through a cylindrical seal 41 so as to be aligned with the center hole 38, and is fixed by a hub nut 43 to constitute a nozzle head 51. One end of a connecting plate 24 made of synthetic resin is fitted into the head body 30 and fixed with nuts 55, 55, and a holding cylinder 25 made of synthetic resin is fitted into the other end and fixed with a nut 26. Therefore, it is parallel to the nozzle head 51 with a small distance therebetween, and the tip of the holding cylinder 25 is connected to a needle-shaped electrode 27.
A coil portion 28, which is formed integrally with the electrode 27, is inserted from the rear end of the holding cylinder 25 and comes into contact with the tip of a resistance cord 45 fixed with a hub nut 44. This resistance cord 45 is made by spirally winding a resistance wire and inserting it into a flexible insulating tube, and is flexible and can be bent freely. When the grip 1 is grasped and the trigger 12 is pulled, it rotates clockwise around the shaft 11, and the actuating body 9, which engages with its base 12a, moves to the left in the figure against the elasticity of the spring 10. The valve body 2 together with the valve operating rod 7 and the valve rod 20
1 moves to the left, it is separated from the valve seat 22 and the on-off valve 23 opens and closes, and the paint is pumped from the paint pump (not shown) through the paint pressure feed hose 4, paint supply hole 2, pipe 6, and paint passage 19. The high-pressure liquid paint enters the head body 30 through the discharge hole 37 and the device hole 33, and enters the center hole 38 and the seal 41.
is ejected from the nozzle hole 39 of the nozzle tip 40 at high speed, and is atomized by friction with the air. At the same time, the operating body 9 presses the movable contact 16 to close the start switch 14, and the control cable 13 is ejected. A high voltage source (not shown) is activated by the signal sent from the high voltage cable 52, and the high voltage supplied from the high voltage cable 52 is applied to the electrode 27 via the rod-shaped resistor 48 and the resistance cord 45, and is connected to the object to be coated (not shown). A high-potential electrostatic field is formed, and the atomized paint ejected from the nozzle tip 40 is guided toward the object to be coated by the action of the electrostatic field, and is applied.
When the trigger 12 is released, the valve operating rod 7 moves back to the right in the figure together with the operating body 9 due to the elasticity of the spring 10, closing the on-off valve 23. At the same time, the spraying of paint stops and the starting switch 14 opens to close the electrode. The application of high voltage to 27 is removed.

In the electrostatic painting pole gun of the present invention, a flexible paint pressure feeding hose is connected to one end of the paint supply hole provided in the grip, and a hollow pole is connected to the other end, and the paint is supplied into the pole. Insert the valve operating rod from the middle of the hole, and insert the high voltage source start switch.
A trigger for interlockingly driving the switch and the valve operating rod is mounted on the grip body, and an on-off valve connected to the valve operating rod is attached to a body made of an insulating material attached to the tip of the pole; A swingable nozzle head equipped with a nozzle tip that communicates with an on-off valve is provided, and electrodes for forming an electrostatic field are arranged in parallel near the nozzle head and connected with an insulator so that swinging occurs integrally. and the electrode is connected to the high voltage source via a flexible resistance cord and a cable routed along the pole, and the electrode is connected to the high voltage source via a flexible resistance cord and a cable routed along the pole. Since the nozzle and the body equipped with the on-off valve are connected through a hollow pole with a valve operating rod inserted inside, the operator can paint a wide area, including high places, in a fixed position, and the electrode can be connected to the nozzle head. Because they are separate, the nozzle head and body can be made of metal with excellent strength, making it possible to increase the pressure of the paint, making it possible to use even high-viscosity paints, and making the electrodes Safety can be improved by reducing capacitance, and furthermore, since the nozzle head and electrode can be bent in parallel, both horizontal and vertical surfaces can be efficiently coated.
