Abstract

PURPOSE:To make easier the horizontal positioning of base and the position regulation of frame column by a method in which a steel frame base consisting of a triangular base and jacks below the corners of the base is set by erection on concrete base piles. CONSTITUTION:A steel frame column 4 as a structural body is set on concrete base piles 2 by using a frame base 10 consisting primarily of a triangular base body 11, the first jack 12 to horizontally position the base 11, and a supporter 14 fixed to the upside of the base 11. A position-regulating plate 15 is slidably fixed to the upside of the supporter 14. The rod to support the frame column 4 to erect is supported on the plate 15 through the second jack 13. The frame base 10 can thus be quickly and easily set on a construction site.
