CONSTITUTION:A film thickness measured value detecting part 10 measures film thickness values Z'1-Z'3... at (n) positions and an operation control part 11 performs reference input of (n) pieces of film thickness target values w1-w3... corresponding to the (n) positions of film thicknesses. Operation is performed through non- interferential control algorithm by receiving the measured film thickness values as main feedback signals and (n) pieces of command values e1-e3... are applied to an operation part 32. After amplification of the command value by an amplifier 13, (n) pieces of driving machines 4-1, 2, 3... are driven according to the command values and gap quantities Z1-Z3... of a gap part 5 are varied by performing pushing of a structure 2 at a point. As the gap quantity of the gap part 5 can be controlled swiftly and correctly, a film thickness can be formed at high accuracy.
