Abstract
PURPOSE:To control an injection molding machine at low cost without using any pressure difference compensating mechanism by a method wherein detected values of the revolution speed and the moving speed of a screw are compared to signals fed from screw speed setters and the comparison results are fed back so as to make the detected values conform to the signals. CONSTITUTION:A signal b1 generated by a revolution speed detector 15 and corresponding to the revolution speed of the screw 5 is impressed on an amplifier 3, and the signal b from the setter 16 for the revolution speed of the screw is also impressed on the amplifier 3. The signals b, b1 are compared to each other in the amplifier 3, and an output signal d corresponding to the difference between the signals b, b1 is impressed on a coil 17 for a control valve 1a to control the revolution speed of the screw 5. Similarly, the linear moving speed of the screw 5 detected by a speed detector 12 is represented by a signal a1 and is feedback-controlled. Accordingly, the screw speed of the screw of an injection molding machine can be controlled at low cost without requiring any expensive pressure difference compensating mechanism.
