Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the density of a rising part and make its strength securable by applying copper infiltration treatment to the ring body formed by a sintered alloy and rising parts of a pair of keys extending in rising form in two pairs of keys. CONSTITUTION:A ring body 9 has a long-holed fitting hole 9a to be fitted in a boss part 3c of a movable scroll 3. This ring body 9 is provided with a pair of first keys 10, 10 being slidably engaged with guide grooves 12, 12 of the movable scroll 3 extending in rising form to the radial outward from the major axial side and a pair of second keys 11, 11 to be slidably engaged with guide grooves 13, 13 of a frame 4 supporting a fixed scroll 2 extending to the radial outward from the minor axial side. The ring body 9 and these keys 10 and 11 are all formed by a sintered alloy. And, copper infiltration treatment is applied to rising parts 10a, 10a leading from the ring body 9 of these first keys 10, 10. With this constitution, since molten copper is infiltrated into a clearance part of the sintered alloy, density in these rising parts 10a, 10a is raisable and, what is more, their strength can be thus secured.
