The present invention is an electrostatic recording device using a dry cleaning agent. In an electrostatic recording device using a dry two-component dye or an electrostatic recording device using a single component, the toner is erased as soon as the copy is made, and the toner is erased after making a large number of copies. In this case, it is necessary to replenish toner (4). Generally, toner is replenished by replenishing a toner receiving device (hopper) of an electrostatic recording device from a Y toner container unit containing toner. Toner has an average particle size of more than 10 microns and is easily blown away by stone powder, so it is difficult to accept toner in the hopper.
l Attach the toner container Unino 1 to the IIS and replenish it with F. The toner leaks outside or scatters, contaminating the surrounding area. I often ended up doing it. In addition, f7 error was made during the installation of the sensor answering device Uninote (J time and other Q) operations {! l? In production, toner contamination occurs every six months. The purpose of this invention is to eliminate defects in the upper assembly of G-works. In the toner receiving device in which the slide lid of the toner container unit is opened and closed by opening and closing the opening/closing lid of the toner container unit between the toner receiving devices [11], one end of the receiving device opening is connected to the machine frame 1 by a spring. Connection 11]
and preferably a locking member movable left and right against the spring whose other end is an inclined surface, and when installing the toner container, the other end of the locking member is moved leftwardly at the lower end of the toner container. The toner container is pushed away and installed, and after installation, the locking member is moved to the right by the action of the spring and locked, and the lock is manually released when removing the toner container after toner replenishment is completed. This is accomplished by a toner receiving device with special features. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. First, we will explain the structure of the toner container unit. After that,
Attach this toner container unit and receive toner supply.
The structure and operation of the toner receiving device (hopper) will be explained. FIG. 1 is an external view of the toner container unit 1, with its opening [1]
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view in this state (Fig.
ni figure) is shown at 1°. In the figure, there are 11 containers, which are cylindrical with at least one open end, and are made of plastic, paper, or the like. Reference numeral 12 indicates a fixed lid, and the fixing cap 12 may be integrally shaped as a plastic molded product together with the container body 11. Reference numeral 13 is a mouthpiece, which is attached to the open end of the container body 11. Assuming that it is made by Brafchik, [-1
It may be made into an integral Ka7 shape together with the metal part 13. This mouthpiece 13 has a protrusion 131 (FIG. 3) that engages with a slide portion of the slide lid 5, which will be described later.
The opening 1320 is releasably bonded to the lower end surface 133 of the base portion 3 using, for example, an adhesive. The tip 141 of this film-like sheet 14 is adhesively fixed to a tip fixing part 1321 near one end of the opening 132, and the lower end surface 1
33 and then the extension opening 132.
The slide lid 15 is folded back from the seal end near the other end.
Passing through the outside of the L1 metal part 13 near the fixed end 711321 of the L1 metal part 13, the rear end is flexible on two sides and strong against breakage. Reference numeral 15 denotes a sliding lid which serves both to protect the film-like sheet 14 for sealing during storage or transportation, and for opening the lid, and is made of metal, plastic, or the like. This slide lid 15 has a protrusion 131 of the metal part 13.
A slide groove 151 is provided which engages with the slide groove 151 . As is clear from the sectional view of FIG. 2, the toner inside the container body 11 is supported by both the film-like sheet 14 and the slide lid 15 during storage or transportation. Figure 3 shows the outside Wi of the toner container unit 1 during toner replenishment.
Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view in this state (BB in Figure 3).
Fig. 5 shows an external view of the same state as seen diagonally from below. Pull out the slide lid 15 in the direction of the fixing part 1321 (1322) (to the right in the figure). , as the slide lid 15 moves, the film-like sheet 14 is also pulled, and the opening 1
It is gradually peeled off from the other end side of the lower end surface 133 of 32. When the slide lid 15 is fully pulled out to the right,
The opening 132 is almost open, and the container body I
The toner T in l is replenished by falling. When the toner supply is completed, slide the slide lid 15 to the left. The film-like sheet 14 that was peeled off earlier also returns to its original position, returning to the state shown in FIG. Then,
From the copier hopper to the toner container unit 1, which will be explained next.

22 is pushed up by the push-up spring B223, and the back surface of the top cover 21 and the two surfaces of the opening/closing cover 23 are brought into close contact with each other at the edges of the lid 23, so that the toner in the toner receiving device 2 does not leak to the outside. Also, since the step 2101 on the back of the lid 21 and the step 2301 on the top of the opening/closing door are engaged, the knob 5 will not be locked even if you try to move it to the right. It doesn't move. That is, the opening L1 portions 211 and 221 are locked in the closed state by the opening/closing lid. The opening r-1 section 211 of the toner receiving device 20 has a slot 1. inserted in the direction of the arrow S (Fig. 9) from the fixing part 1321 (1322) side of the toner container Unilid 1. The rear end (right end in the figure) of the slide plate 15 of the toner container unit 1 comes into contact with the rising part 241 of the sliding plate U, and opens while compressing the compression spring 233 [1 part 221 example drop 0°] is loaded. (Fig. 10) Here is the sliding plate 24! , the tip of the opening/closing lid (sliding plate tip 242) is located to the right of the tip of the slide lid 15. This prevents toner from adhering to the opening/closing lid 23 when the lid is opened. When loading toner container unit 1, press lock knob 2.

The toner inside falls into the toner receiving device v12. Delayed by this fall, the leveling slope maintained its vertical position and moved in a sweeping motion to the right inside the toner receiving device [2]. The toner in the device 2 is evenly distributed. Furthermore, in the final stroke of the IC, the leveling plate 28 operates to kick up counterclockwise, and acts to send out the toner to the right. In the process of opening the opening/closing lid 23 and slider lid 5, the opening/closing lid 23 and/or sliding lid 5 are opened to ensure that the toner in the toner waste unit 1 falls into the toner receiving device 2. Or, the sliding part is provided with nine convexities on the back side of the top cover 21, and the slider moves along this)
. Therefore, when opening and closing the lid, vibration occurs when moving to the right.
The toner that is solidified in the toner container unit 1 due to humidity etc. also falls due to vibration.0 After toner has been replenished, move the knob 5 to the left (in the direction of the arrow in Figure 11) to get the state shown in Figure 10. to return to. Since the moving blade 232 is in sliding contact with the sliding surface on the back surface of the upper lid 21, the toner adhering to the sliding surface is removed when the toner falls, and the opening/closing lid always moves smoothly. When the opening/closing lid is moved to the left, the leveling plate 28, which is in a vertical position, rotates in the counterclockwise cutting direction with the center of the shaft 272, as shown by the chain line in Figure 11. Without carrying the toner to the left, it returns so that the tl-1 surface ♀ is cleansed. When the opening/closing lid 23 is closed, the sliding lid 15 is also closed, and the film-like sheet 14 that was peeled off earlier returns to its original state.
