面からも問題が生ずる場合があった。However, in producing a multi-orifice recording device, there are many issues such as positioning the components that make up the liquid flow path, processing the signal lines connected to each energy generator, and
The process of protecting these signal lines was often done manually. In addition, since each member is not so large, a skilled person is required to manufacture it with a good yield. Furthermore, as shown in the schematic perspective view of FIG. 1, the conventional recording head has an ejection orifice 101 for forming droplets.

and a signal line holding member 105, the number of parts was large. Therefore, as the number of steps increases, problems may arise in terms of yield.

Process management was made easier due to the reduction in the number of RAD manufacturing steps. Further, positioning when installing the liquid chamber constituent member is performed by fitting the member and the substrate, or the member and the liquid flow path forming member, or the member and the substrate and the liquid flow path forming member. As a result, the production of recording heads has become much easier.

It is possible. Among these, when plastic is used, it is possible to integrally mold it by molding and is lightweight, so it is more effective as a component of the liquid chamber of the recording head.

In other words, a hollow structure as shown in FIG. 4 may be used as long as it has sufficient strength.

Therefore, the ability to reduce the weight of the member that protects and presses the signal υ is also useful from the standpoint of the design of the scanning system of the recording head. The energy generator may be any energy generator capable of imparting energy to the liquid (ink) for ejecting flying droplets from the ejection orifice, and representative examples include the IAA heat converter and the IIL air machine. Conversion bodies can be listed.
