下図示した一実施例に基づきこれを説明ず^は、第1図
は本実施例を具備した写真撮影用顕微鏡の光学系を示し
ており、1は光源、2はコンデンサレンズ、3は視野絞
り、4はリレーレンズ、5は反射鏡、6は開口絞り、7
はコンデンサレンズ、8は試料、9は対物レンズ、10
はハーフミラ−面を有するプリズム、11は接眼レンズ

げのための制御信号をシャッタ・カメラ1駆動回路23
に送ることなど多数の機能を有している。第3図は第1
