General K Permanent wave treatment involves cutting the hair keratin 05-5 bonds using the first agent, which mainly contains a reducing agent such as thioglycolic acid or cysteine, and then the second agent, which mainly contains an oxidizing agent such as sodium bromate. A method of recombining using two agents has been adopted. However, this method has the disadvantage that various deterioration phenomena occur in the hair and the hair loses its original texture. This is because 11#IO causes deterioration such as peeling of the hair epidermis and elution of fur quality, and peroxides such as cystic acid are generated inside the hair due to oxidation by the second agent. In order to prevent hair damage, a method is adopted in which oils, humectants, etc. are added to the first and second parts.
A fully satisfactory effect has not been achieved.Furthermore, various hair lotions, hair rinses, hair treatments, etc. have been proposed to give texture to hair that has been damaged by permanent waving. , these effects are temporary and do not essentially restore hair damage.

In view of these circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive research to reduce hair damage during permanent wave treatment, and as a result, we have found that anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, and nonionic surfactants have been used. When a first part composition containing at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of surfactants and a second part composition containing a cationic cellulose derivative are used in combination, the effect can be achieved without damaging the hair. A surfactant and non-ionic agent that allows you to create long-lasting hair waves, gives the hair flexibility, luster, smoothness, elasticity, and a good texture. 0.1 to 10.0% (WE/

In the present invention, in particular, the surfactant is blended into the first part composition and the cationic cellulose derivative is blended into the second part composition to form a complex between the surfactant and the cationic cellulose derivative on the hair. This is based on the fact that this is much more effective than forming an iron complex in the first-part composition or the second-part composition, and requires a smaller amount of compounding! The present invention will be described with reference to examples. In the following, the first agent composition will be simply referred to as the first agent, and the second agent composition will simply be referred to as the second agent.
