Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the operation at low power supply voltage remarkably, by connecting the emitter of a transistor TR constituting a constant current source to the emitter of other TR, and connecting the collectors of said other TRs to a high potential point. CONSTITUTION:The emitters of Trs Q5, Q6 are commonly connected to the emitters of Trs Q7, Q8, and the collectors of the Trs Q7, Q8 are connected to the high power supply potential. The collector of the Trs Q5, Q6 is connected to the emitters of Trs Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 in casecade connection each other. Further, a constant voltage VCV is set to a voltage in which the output logical level is always constant against power supply and temperature variation. The TrQ5 is conductive at a terminal 5 to which a signal of low level is applied, and the current path consisting of the Trs Q1, Q2 is conductive, and either one of the Trs Q1, Q2 is conductive with a signal applied at a terminal 1.
