Abstract

PURPOSE: With regard to a hydraulic pressure controller of an automatic transmission gear of a vehicle, to prevent the vehicle from making any accidental self-start of run and facilitate the related operation, by arranging its parking device to operate automatically with hydraulic pressure or a spring device instead of being manually operated with a mechanical linkage.
CONSTITUTION: During rotation of an output shaft 34, a hydraulic pressure is generated in an oil passage 337 through a governor 200, the hydraulic pressure is supplied into an oil chamber 174 of a parking control valve 170, spools 172, 173 are set upward as shown in the figure, the hydraulic pressure in an oil passage 301 is introduced into a oil chamber 253 of a parking piston mechanism 250 through an oil passage 336, a parking piston 252 is fet in the right hand position shown in the figure and parking effect is delated. When the output shaft 34 stops its rotation, the pressurized oil in the oil chamber 174 is discharged from an oil exhaust port 203 through an oil passage 337, spools 172, 173 are set downward as shown in the figure, the pressurized oil in the oil chamber 253 is discharged from an oil exhaust port 313 of a drive control valve 150 through the oil passage 336 and 307, the piston 252 is set in left hand position shown in the figure due to the action of a spring 251, and parking effect appears.
